Still getting "Account is blocked." error...

  • So I don't know what else to do now. I submitted a ticket, they responded saying my account was reactivated, but it's not. I'm still getting the same message "Account is blocked." I know that this problem won't get directly resolved on the forum, but I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this issue. If so, what did you do to get it resolved? I've never used a VPN or a proxy, so I'm not even sure why their "automated system" blocked my account anyway. I use Bitdefender Total Security, but I just renewed it for 2018. Is there some setting that's causing my account to get blocked? I never had a problem before. Again, I live in the US and play on the NA server.


    I also tried "ipconfig /flushdns" (someone recommended this) and upon trying to login received the "server is overloaded" error message instead. But immediately thereafter I tried to load the game again and got the "Account is blocked." message again. I've opened another ticket, but I'm afraid that I'll get the same (automated?) response and my account will still not be reactivated. I know this post is somewhat pointless, but I'm just incredibly frustrated and worried I'll lose all the time and money I've invested in the game.

    I'm very sorry for your problem, but you can not get help here. The only possible way is the support system and that will not change. If you already received an answer to your ticket from our team you can send a new reply and ask for additional help. Please do it.
