Recently your bots is too overreact and aggresive. Many of my friends hve got block/banned when starting open the game even have not use vpn before. The most rediculous problem is that one of my friend just only wan to start playing this game after she open and close it for like 15-30min she got ban. Please review this problem and take some action about this. Although all of my friends already send ticket to the support but still please fix this. We love this game and we care about the community and the game so please do not disappointed us, and if GM you serious reading this thank you for taking your time and read.
