i don't get why you guys don't make a promo like website saying its coming soon rather then using Facebook and or twitter for updates? i would rather have a Facebook and or twitter update info and the website to give us info on characters and stuff. do you guys have a team that does the updates and a team that does the website development? to make people little less antsy website would be good. website would say coming soon with or with out a date. just my thoughts.

well we have a forum, so I have no problem with not having a website
Also advertisement would be smarter to have when there is at least a release date

It could be something to do for when the Fiscal year starts in GF.
They wanted to release first in December, because maybe that's when their Fiscal year starts. So the next window would be March so their Quarterly income each 3 month look nice.
So once march comes, they will open the website for pre-orders.

There will be no Founders Packs. This has already been answered... unfortunately I am too lazy to link the Mod comment to that one.
The website and promotions will happen when they are ready to start promoting the game. It will likely go live around the time of the open beta anouncement, but don't take that for anything more then a fan theory.
We are all excited about the game, but lets not get hysterical. We all just have to wait paitently and in the meantime have fun talking about what we plan to do.

Indeed. I think that the fact that the game devs post on facebook or twitter about updates shows that they are not getting ready in time of simply having a low budget and can't afford promoting in other platforms, which is less likely.

Totally agree. I think that advertisement will only make sense if there is a specific number available, I don't know about SW, but other PRG's usually have a massive ads all over exactly 1 week before the launch. I guess the developers simply will do that and make a surprise for us. Let's not forget that it's gonna be OBT, not official release. So, there is no need for huge promo campaign.

I know right?! But most of us ARE hysterical xD If the devs knew that they are not gonna be done in time, they should have not announced it so early... Unless it's a special promotion tactic.

About your questions regarding the Founder's pack or the pre-download you can find the answers in this thread -to avoid any confusion from misleading posts-.
As for the website, you will have to be a bit more patient & of course we will inform you once it is live. As it was announced a while ago, the game will be released in Q1 of this year, so there is no need to panic or worry about it, since that timeframe is not over.
