I've seen founder packs that only give headstart, name reserve, costumes, title and maybe some ingame currency/items.
The currency and items whales will buy regardless of founder pack or not.

Costumes and titles (usually) don't give stats or any sort of advantage
And as stated before the currency and items whales will buy regardless so it don't matter if you put them in the founder pack or not.

sorry to say whales are in every game. Does not matter if they get a head start or not. Korean MMORPG’s are money honeypots. If you think you’ll catch up to p2w players because you’re a casual and constantly complain on forums. It’ll only make your gaming experience worse then the expectations you already have. My advice is play the game, whale a bit, get a head and never have to spend money on the game again because you’ll already be successfull and stable in order for the next patch and so on.

Well then the fault is at the people who even thinking of purchasing such ridiculous things, not with the whales.
You can't just give up such a nice feature just because people will abuse it.. some people will try to abuse anything worth abusingThat is sadly just in the nature of some.
Also I am aware that costumes and titles sometimes give stats so I do not agree with statted things being in the founder packs.
But if possible without stats then I do not think it should matter and would actually be a nice way to 'reward' those whosupported the game since launch.

why should a costume give stats? theres no need for it
because of some greedy devs love making their game as focused on spending as possible.This is called 'P2W' though any normal person nowaday know what this is.
Soul Worker is nothing different, the only difference is that instead of buying costumes and getting extra stats ,you have to buy a costume AND RNG based brooches (even greedier)
i hope they dont do it. never change a running system
