Candus – (merged topics)

You're not the only one... Something happened an hour ago.... Right after a server restore occured.

why this happened?someone knows something?i wanna play i wanna farm XD

Just shut down Candus server,and fix. Its quite possible! If it has been on DE or NA server,it was already fixed in a few hours. But EN server,is like a adopted child,right? We're just filling the population,right!? Fix this!

It started +4 hours ago, yet still can't play districts of see friend list.

But no worries atleast premium shop works!

i just bought few things from premium shop before the problem appears :v

Candus (EN server) has been pretty much down for numerous hours now, does Gameforge even know this is happening? Why has there been no information regarding this from GF? Looks like they just don't care.

There's been server issues all week, seems like they choose to ignore it at this point.

Been almost 6 hours since restart. Still can't see friends list, team up with players or play districts for that matter.

Timing is perfect tho, Friday evening right on the weekend. Doubt it gets fixed any time soon.

will be a problem if takes too much to fix the problem cause i have spent some money and i don want to see that i have lost it,if something happens i will try to get a devolution cause is not fair that we spent money in the game to support and show how much we like the game and the developers dont do nothing,will be very dissapointing

The server is LIVE... you brain is dead. in fact Candus is the most live server from all of them)

this is just a bug and i hope they fix it tomorrow.

i know,is just an extreme case,its not the first time that a game with a lot of people close or a server dissapear,but its just an extreme case,i just want to play and emjoy the game but im worried cause a lot of people have been having some troubles all the week or since the last update,just that.

TY GM's for the fast response to Candus server problem and all the info you provided about it.No wonder you lost 60-70% of the playerbase and game went from 11k people playing it to 4k.

You wont lose anything and it was a good idea to move to EU server coz its full of players.They just have slow response to problems and they wont fix it till Monday

I like how long it takes for Game Forge to make a statement or even notice a malfunction in the game this is just insanely funny from a dev point of view,saying it with as much irony as possible.Lets talk about how to fix server really fast maybe SOMEONE from GameForge hears me...ill try not to curse to much.
Server MERGE....MAKE @edit EU server cause players left due to lagg,dc,and hackers specially in RIFT ARENA...everyone in En-Candus knows that there are french,italian,russian and all types of players just merge servers.
Second,DO us all a solid GameForge AND ADD THE @edit xigncode3 ANTI HACK PROTECTION TO THIS GAME LIKE KR AND JP DID...
Third BE MORE AWARE OF THE STATE OF THE GAME because you are constantly losing players due to no fixing your shit WHICH can be fixed in 1h,YES 1h.

really?till monday?aah,gameforge,you little cun...i forgot that they are slow as sh...i come from elsword and is the same there,they needed i think 1 month to solve and stupid bug :v

i havent play in all the week and now when i can i cant play....and will be the same next week,why?why GF dont just take the data from another server where everything is ok and just put it in this one to solve the bug?i dont know too much about this things but i think they have to have a backup if something like this happens to solve problems :v
