it be awesome but we wont be ready for primal yet. If only 30 people in Na is doing gc runs everyday, it will be less than 10 people who can clear primal effective and quick. Might be world boss next month and primal after that or both at the same time. Gameforge still havent make a calendar yet and who knows what they will put in next patch since they always mess something up. Watch they release lv60 cap with next patch. All the content is in the game already it is just lock away

I wonder if they can patch it that they release character before the primal. Like just cut the content and release character before the primal content.
But alas, that is not for us mortals to decide but our Korean overlords.
I would say it's more likely it's our EU overlords (GameForge) that decides.
If it was solely up to the devs at KR, then it would be more likely that all regions will follow the same deployment path since it's easier to deploy one version rather than multiple versions of the game.

I expect either fall or end of the year. Well, maybe Iris in July GF feels like putting in a lot of work.

Gameforge has lost a lot of players since release and beta, if the whales in the game makes GF earn more moneys than they have to pay for their servers so there's an income, they might patch one day, if not, they will just shutdown the servers and if we are lucky we will have new publishers, if not, game on the west will be closed for good. Personally i think that Soulworker never really had many players not here and not in Kr and Jp, it's not a big game or a famous one so I don't see anyone republishing it unless everyone cries about it

Sarcasm housing is nice, but whats the real point of it if Iris is out for a very long time in the other regions and they want to play their main? Literally there isn't a point to play soulworker if Gameforge isn't releasing Iris before housing. Most are just waiting for it at this point, less ppl means less money for gameforge -> GL with the housing, I just play FFXIV for the time being till Iris is out.

Personally i think it's too early for primal, since GC was released just few weeks back. I got impression from few forum posts and friend that not that many are playing GC, let alone crave for more content. But i might be very wrong.
Been playing for a month yet barely scratched raid content. Im special like that.

GC is not content that will last for long at all, its a single raid of which is composed of gimmicky and uninteresting bosses. (I don't know what was smoked when they came up with the idea of the ice boss having unavoidable 10second freezes, or the fact that the mechanics of the fight don't even work so you get frozen anyway) It just becomes boring after a few runs and without primal being out yet - there's honestly hardly any reason to run it except for the soulstones.
Lots of people want Iris, it's on twitter, it's on the forums, it's in the game, it's on reddit. So many people are waiting for Iris to come out as that's the character they wish to main.
Other people (like myself) just wish gameforge would communicate more with the community and let us know what is upcoming or what we can look forward to, they never will though.

That's what I was saying, GameForge at EU is the publisher and is the one more likely to decide, not KR. My post was in response to your original comment that it "is not for us mortals to decide but our Korean overlords."

I can agree there. I've never really understood the aspect of publishers lacking communication with their player base. Small-scale company or not, open communication keeps everyone informed and happy (aside from the angry internet badger trolls who escaped their pins, whom you can never please). I have yet to do GC, so I was not aware of how lackluster it was. I'm all for a new playable character, but for me personally, would rather see some well-made, fun and enjoyable re-playable content that is of course rewarding and challenging. I also guess I'm not on the hype train for Iris, because from what I've seen, I will play, but not just wow'd by her. While she does above average damage with long duration crowd control, making her a pretty prime wave clearer and/or position bot, for me she just moves too slow. I enjoy all the characters, in their own respects, so I will get around to playing her I suppose :P.
