Important question here ! Seeing as Steam users get the short end of the stick since we are unable to download the game early.
If I download the game without Steam, Can I use my Steam Wallet still?

If you use your account with steam, then i would say that yes, but if you download the client, then no.

as mentioned already Website and Steam accounts are not linked, so it will not be possible. You can wait until the Steam client is available to download in order to play via Steam & be able to use you Steam wallet for your SoulCash purchases.
