Premium shop bugged?

  • Does anyone have this bug when you buy something from the premium shop, you didn't get it in your mail since the maintenance? (For your information, yes I had enough Soulcash, yes I sent it to the right character, yes I picked the right server, yes I clicked refresh in my mail 25 times) I didn't get it after 2 minutes. I tried to buy another one, since I was gonna buy one for my friend, I still didn't get anything. I bought a THIRD one to see if this is actually bugged, and I didn't get any of my 3 fashion cube. I have been waiting for a hour and still counting.


    I sent a ticket already.


    Have this kind of issue already happened to anyone? Did you get a refund? Let me know if I'm not the only one.

    unfortunately my outfit still did not return. i have all other pieces of this set but outfit just gone( and i am sure i didnt sell it or discard it. if you can't help with even these small issue. i dont know what to say. you just close my ticket and didn't even login on my account. sad story.
