    They only drop from 1 item: Soulsanctum pages that are in turn only obtained from red and gold grutin cubes.


    The Soulsanctum pages you get from other drops or keycard rewards will not drop mannequin parts.

    1 week ago 2 mannequin part are droped from Soulsanctum pages wich i take from keycard rewards... mb it was exclusive for me?..

    I've gotten 3 the same way. I actually got one literally 15min ago from keycard reward.

    Interesting, initially it was spread that ONLY ones from grutin cubes would drop. I'm hesitant to make a statement without definite proof, but perhaps mannequin parts can come from any soulsanctum page that isn't linked to a town.
