On twitter, says that server restart on FR side, something might have gone south from there since all servers are down.

i want ma admins back that GF had in use with Airrivals/SCO / AO (yea old and maybe not longer supported by GF but idc) .. servers fixed within 10min and if not we all got huge ammount of compensation...
welp...at least they noticed the server-down after 20min and are now workin on it...

I really understand your frustration, but please keep in mind that there are some things that cannot be predicted in advance, such as for example the issues we just faced. This is not a pleasant thing for anyone on both sides, since we want to offer you a good game experience, that our whole team is working on every day.
However, there are many things that we are planning and preparing for the game and we will of course continue gathering feedback about all the topics that you all are discussing/concerned about, your ideas, suggestions, wishes & worries.
