Scheduled Maintenance - 07.06.2018 (13:00 PM CEST / 07:00 AM EDT)

Dear SoulWorkers,

We will be carrying out server maintenance on 07/06/2018 starting at 13:00 PM CEST (07:00 AM EDT). The maintenance period will take at least 3 hours. Web services and servers will not be reachable during this time.

- Changes –

• New feature: “My home” (More information will follow soon)
• Fix: The issue that caused Balls only to roll on the right side in Last Carnival raid is now fixed.

Important: The accounts that were affected by the issue of missing characters after the maintenance on 29.05.2018, received a compensation package in their HEMS.

Dear SoulWorkers,

The maintenance is now complete and all game servers are online and available again.

List of known issues

• Housing: If you stand too far away from one of the mirrors that you can set up in your apartment, it turns black.
• Housing: The housing achievements currently do not work as intended. While they are shown, no progress can be gained and they cannot be completed.
• Event: One quest requires "x items dismantled". If multiple items are dismantled at once, it only counts as one item for this quest.
• Misc: The title and content of the "Elegance" set shop bundles is correct, but in their description items from a different set are listed.
• Misc: The "Blackest Night" underwear set for Lilly is currently shown as completely white.
• Misc: Some of the underwear items name Haru as class. The icon and rest of the description is correct however and the items work as intended.
• Misc: 2 of Stellas underwear icons are mixed up, the Blackest Night has the icon of the Pink & White Cherry Blossoms and the other way around.
• Misc: The Dimension Trip Help article is showing the Grutin Shop Help article.

(All the issues above are reported & will be fixed as soon as possible.)
