Cash shop bug

    Ok so, one of my friends is trying to buy stuff from the cash shop and he simply can't.

    Whenever he tries to buy something, anything, it says "not available".

    Any idea what might be causing this and how to fix it?

    He's using stream client, by the way.

    What option is he using? I believe Paypal has recently upgraded their systems and requires their users to have an updated browser. If he's on the newest version of his browser, I'd suggest trying to contact support if he hasn't yet.

    Well he successfully loaded up SoulCash but he can't buy items as in gold/silver vip packs and costumes. I've already linked him the support link and suggested that he updates his browser. Hopefully he can solve it cuz at the moment he's kinda unable to spend the money he has invested into the game ...
