How rare and how good are these?
For ones that say a flat increase, e.g. SoulWeapon attack +75, its essentially increasing the weapon attack by 75? And the ones that are percentage-based, e.g. SoulWeapon attack, +6%, its adding 6% after accounting for upgrades (so 6% of a 5000 attack weapon would be a 300 attack boost?
If they are as I described, the flat attack increase seems negligible while the percentage increase seems incredibly good.
