Not me because I throw my money at the cash shop for the full sets to solve the missing piece problem.

-
Anyone that wants to whale for outfits that no longer exist in cash shop.

Limited items and for people who didnt take advantage of it being available during said time, people can put it at any price they want. Basic Supply and Demand. And if its a uncommon item, you can make any price you want, for example Weapon Upgrade Chips.

Weapon upgrade chips went to 17mil last night in EU. I've asked around with people and rumor has it that these chips are gonna be in premium shop so people are trying to sell their cakes while it's hot. Once the prices are normal around 2 mil again, the outfits will most likely go down in price. Look at the silly market right now, lord of chaos ring was around 150mil, (lol) - I just feel bad for new players at this point, but gameforge should just increase the drop rate of wuc, vicarious blueprint.

I'd say I feel sorry for people who use Lord of Chaos accessories in general.

Glacial:
6-10% attack speed
11-14% crit
1385-1723 crit damage
5% boss damage
10% armor break
Lord of Chaos:
12% crit
1140-1,464 crit damage
10% cooldown reduction
10% SF cost reduction
20% HP
Realistically now, for the average player, what are the chances of them having a perfect Glacial set and what are the chances of them having a perfect LoC set? thus the crit and crit damage values somewhat even out when you consider this.
You also have the luxury of choosing whatever stat you want to have alongside crit and crit damage as where for the Glacial set you'd be lucky to even have 2 good stats.
At this point it's basicaly 6-10% attack speed, 5% boss damage and 10% armor break vs 10% CDR, 10% sf cost reduction and 20% HP.
Like, unless your name is Erwin or Stella the Glacial set is overrated to say the least.
I personally went for 13% CDR in my accessory set and I'm anything but sorry for how my Lilly turned out to be.
I wouldn't switch to the Glacial set even if I had the option.
