SoulForcer and SoulWorker are two different things and that's explained as you go on in the game, the SoulForcers are powerful people that need no weapon while a SoulWorker is a SoulForcer able to wield a weapon thus having greater power than the others, 'till they discover you're a SoulWorker they will address to you as a SoulForcer.
