Has not stated anywhere that they are limited in this version, and recently gameforge has been clear to specify, I honestly think they're permanent like others

The items are exclusive to the boxes alone, meaning there is no other way of obtaining them, that doesn't necessarily mean the boxes are going.
If I said Primal will be starting from 01/07/2018, would you assume that the content is limited?

Well there's also the point that for any other limited costumes, they announced the end of it. Why wouldn't they for this one ? Wouldn't have it been better for them to call the end date ? So that they sell more of those boxes ?

They're exclusive as in no other way to obtain them except gacha. If you look at all the past shop updates every single one of them had the availability period mentioned. I used to check on this link: https://soulworker.gameforge.com/en_US/home for all the new fashion updates.
They might change the content tho, like other wing types and fashion items (cause even tho no one said that they like the idea we all know that some people love gambling, so I'm pretty sure they bring lots of money).
