Now we have bots on megaphone too.... i dont know how long ago this is happening, but it seems now bots are talking too by megaphone. They are not only happy with messages in Rucco.

The only difference between now and before is, the goldspammers, are staying longer now. like Enbcc8 on EN, he's spamming for more than a week now, before they would get removed after a day or 2.

There isn't a auto-scanner for bots, you have to report them manual with a ticket

That's what I say, don't worry they read your topics. There are a lot of possibilities for a Community Manager but they're not god
They have limits (I'm one as well for many years but it was a bit more easy for us) -

They always can switch domain name to whatever they want simply by making redirections. Basically this type of abuse have too many ways to bypass(spaces, special symbols, alternative-looking characters etc) so there's no real working algorithm that can handle this combinations and differentiate between real players and bots. On top of that you don't want legit players to be banned because they accidentally typed some of these words(and who knows what another goldseller's domain name will be). I believe this is why it so hard to deal with goldsellers.
Somone already mentioned chat block til N-level but even that:
a) Not solve shouting bots problem. While one shouting and waiting to be banned ten others leveling to take his place.
b) Legit players(newbies espectially) can't communicate because of that. Not critical but not good either.

Can I ask you why gold buyers are only being given temporary bans and allowed to keep the gold they purchased??
It was brought up in a recent conversation with friends and it amazes me that they don't get perma banned for this -

Isn't it a bit getting out of hand that bots can use megaphone? Are there in game masters in soulworker? I just don't get why these bots can just get away with it.
