Too many and too often, players - mostly long-term ones - are banned/blocked out of pure suspicion because gameforge wrongly believe that anyone with a high amount of dz/EC/costumes/whatsoever have somehow broken the rules. Today I involuntarily joined that playerbase and now, after looking forward to the long-awaited Iris/beach update, I have to spend my day(s) and effort convincing gameforge to unblock my account. To say I'm annoyed would be a severe understatement.
As I see it, banning/blocking players as you see fit without any kind of proof is unacceptable. Not only does it worsen gameforge's reputation, but it also harm the overall game experience for SWO-players. I hope the gameforge SWO-team will soon begin acting like professionals rather than causing more problems for themselves and their players. And I hope that players such as myself will be rightfully unbanned/unblocked in time for us to enjoy the on-going event.

This has become problem since they started banning people with "large" amounts of dzenai first and now it has taken a step forward and evolved into duplication glitch. Instead of using automatic system for banning people you should do manual check and actually hire more people to support because as it currently stands their quality is quite low.

I am a big farmer is I easily earn 1 Billion per day if I bother .. I think he ban for his, knowing that the price of soulcash on the server Fr is 30M / 100 and when someone sells you 21K and you get more than 3 billion it's a big deal it's on .. but the ban innocent players all because it does not happen solved the problem of the bots seller of dzinahs .. it's irritating..
I've already played other Game forge games like Tera / Aion, the code system has returned via the mouse on Tera was so magical for to prevent any system of bots, I wonder why they do not do it on Soulworker .. this game has a future!

I also got hit with the same ban... But if i haven't logged into the game since last friday... My first time logging in was last night right before Maintenance.
Who knows... Could connection banning or error in the system? -

My guess would be some anti cheating software showed a false positiv. Should be easy to resolve when contacting the support.
Of course there is also the possibility that the software works as intended.

Interesting, a guildmate got banned and he didnt even had a billion and was always free2play, hmm
maybe gameforge banning all free2play players cause they use space in their servers without making them earn moneys? top quality company btw 10/10 would reccomend

Well I guess they are more R_______ than i thought, banning their own customers lul that doesnt make any sense tho, I always heard German people are always precise in their work... Gameforge discredit their own country

I think that they ban people for bots, but also ban people who dzinahs them bots, except that the money circulates everywhere on the game, so ban all the waiters ...
