With such kind of attitude from gameforge I will quit SW
I also think of nothing more to do if they do not care ..
Players gettin banned and having their Dz removed for no reason is a serious issue and Admins & Moderators should do all they can to help players, not block their threads.

Game is dead. And they just banned some part of loyal players on the day of Iris release and events. Got not reply from their support as well. I asked to provide proof, 3 hours passed no reply

It's a pretty serious topic. Is better to wait for a moderator to respond to this. But there is a possibility that it is a bug or something after maintenance. Do you play from Steam?

they probably do not even know why people are banned.
when you see the answers supports is a copy paste.
their bot has ban people who have cheat and no other. and have it ban a game where you spend your free time, not pass it.

Yes i'm playing from Steam , and i can't wait i rly want to play Iris and event .. it s so hard to waiting >< 1300 hours of Soulworker i can't wait you know :x

Most people who got banned are heavy farmers or who stay online a lot.. that doesnt mean they use bots or are using exploits just cause they got huge amount of sums doesnt mean that they are guilty + market inflation is so high people can earn 500-1bil from running GC or LC for WUC and EC so gameforge should really consider how they are blocking these players..

On candus 1 ec is 400mill atm, meaning if u farm whole week and sell all the ec and wuc you dorp in cubes you can easy make 4b atleast, more or less depending on your luck, im sorry for the market situation but it cannot be fixed in any possible case right now, ppl have too much dzenai and resetting everyone to 0 wouldn't change things as people who have stacked wuc and ec can just sell them and become rich again, thus repeating the whole process from the start. so banning players who have a lot of moneys won't change anything
