I'm really sorry if you've already checked this thread out, but if not, it contains some useful information about possible skill builds for all classes, which naturally includes goddess Iris Yuma.

Although it isn't explicitely written anywhere, I believe that the skill builds presented are mostly PvE, just like you requested.
