That how they deal with innocent players , after 4-5 reply trying to prove that you haven't done anything wrong you become

a spammer for them while you using your money for this game ! That's how they respect us ...

You abused a bug instead of reporting it.

You most probably also made unfair progress out of it. Unfair to whom? First off, unfair to the rest of the players.

You should be perma banned, yet you're not and YOU have the audacity of publicly complaining about a punishment as minimal as that?

Probl mate you playing wrong game or you don't even exist in that game or you "wanna be part of a corrupt community"

You missing the whole point with all that multi post from players who were banned there is 3 specific reason , who keep ban the players after IRIS came out >Gold Abusing>Bug Abusing>Region Abusing how comes all that players old/new are for real abusers? Including my self got ban for this dumb reason ! Cause some one send me 500m from a alt/ low level character while he tried to buy a outfit from me 6 days ago ! They ban me with the reason that i bough gold while i have 8 bil and full gear i mean wtf you have in your brain? who the damn gonna spend money to buy gold since keep buying soul coins and keep trading all the times using Market mechanics LEGIT mechanics to make in game money called "DZ" ? The SoulWorker have like 2k ppl (not even but any way) and the 55% of them got ban lol?

xCGG it's obvious you are not a veteran when it comes to videogames and clearly have no experience and no clue what you are saying, btw i'm not banned just mad many people are getting banned when the game is already dead

Unless you have footage of your whole soulworker gameplay showing that you never did anything wrong the whole time you played, there's no way to prove you are innocent

Look the facts I'm SC seller Gameforge have access to log/chats/ that means can see who trade with who and what? how many SC you bough what you did with them . I Got ban yerstarday (game warning me to contact with the support with the msg banned) so i did there they told me you were been banned for 7 days for gold buying (was like wtf) i asked for details i got reply from the this guy asking me what happen 6 days ago who send you the 500 million (while daily im trading with many players) + (while i have trade for over 1 bil) + (while i have alrdy 8 bil) i answer i don't know probably some one who bough from me? Answer was this guy is gold seller and we will block your acc till then . Just explain me how fair sounds that for you? So if you trade whole you money to ALT ACCOUNT OR LOW LVL CHARACTER and after few days decide to gift or to give away or to trade those money the guy who will receive them will get ban including you cause automatically you will be GOLD SELLER.

The evidence that we/ provide is to prove how stupid is this company and that don't really care but seems that you are dumb enough to understanding that right? OFC you are one cause as you said you playing a dead game ... who does that? well many do that cause the do like the game .. You put money in the game and you're pissed off, My $ 400 I'll get them back and make a bad name for Gameforge and their crappy system if all the players do not get everything back!

Using VPN is already worth to say your are an Outsider of EU/NA and this reason is enough to get ban
