    This is no way to deal with the players . A huge amount of them , they haven't done anything wrong . There is plenty of them that even if they got their account back including my self losing atm VIP Days/Event Game progress plus they will have their DZ deleted . Also small NOTE I'm here to play spending few of my free hours and have some fun but i do not have fun keep wasting my time trying to prove my self when some one decide to ban me for a stupid reason and threating me that he will block my access from the support if i contine contacting with me . AND Keep recording from day 1? JESUS I"m here to play not to make a film lol

    Every time someone gets banned for hacking/cheating it always goes the same way:

    "I haven't done anything wrong!" and "Don't ban people when the game is already in such a dead state!".


    Next you'll be saying "Don't ban bots because the game is dead and I need a way to RMT for cheap".

    I'll skip the part where you can't just say "x" got stuff back on an empty stomach. Including yourself - so you say you got your account back before the prescripted unbanning date.

    1. You can't prove yourself.

    2. I mean bureaucracy is bureaucracy - they have to follow terms of conduct when/in dealing with stuff like this. Is just how the cookie crumbles, like, good morning - Indeed you're not in a film.

    3.I called the reasons dumb and i was expecting from the "SUPPORT" to be more polite with the players and not threatening with revoke your right to access this system AKA Support

    4.I feel that you have hard time to understand what is going on till you get ban for stupid reason and here is the part 5. where i will ask you if you get ban for any of those reasons in the future while you haven't done anything | what are you saying? you will sit back and wait till they will unblock your account or y will be mad asf and try to find justice ?

    I'm talking about my self a represent a huge amount of players NOT ALL! players that i know and trade with them / friends/ players that i used to play with and trust em . Is like you picking a poor/weak street guy and you calling him thief while he doesnt have cloths/food and he's sitting in a corner . You accusing people with out provide evidence (yes ok - i can't do anything about it) But please be polite and try to investigate again my issue . They ban me for "gold buying" i provide you details earlier i won't copy my self " While there is many bots spamming every damn day in the game and there is no any game master in the game to ban them irt aka in real time !

    Glad to see someone from higher places answered, pls understand that soulworker is a beautiful game and the comunity is really nice inside the game so I doubt that many people did something wrong, I hope you will invest in this game and make it more enjoyable for everyone to play

    To be honest, at this point I'm getting pretty bored of this. Like, I'm explaining the same things all over again for God knows how many times now.     So we've found the issue after digging deeper. Our script was throwing out false positives.

    Please find the official announcement under Notice about recent account bans (12.07.2018)


    I'm really incredibly sorry about this mess. We'll clean this up today so affected players are unbanned and refunded their Dzenai before the weekend. We'll also add some SoulCash and items on top.


    Thanks for being so vocal about this so we were able to find it.
