After the projectile of Hail of Plasma [Measure] is launched, an immediate dodge after launch will cause the projectile to turn invisible (still deals damage) but still annoying
Believe it happened with default Hail of Plasma aswell, not sure about [Meteor Strike] Extension

Its the same with meteor strike
hope they fix it. not annoying tho. im immune with this "skill bug" (lily diephoon etc)
