So i got a 4 star card from the one random card box and now na is gone i dont know what to do anymore. I almost reached lvl 10 i dont know if i should play again
if my char is gone i lost 90 minutes of progress.

There's a good chance you didn't lose anything. The server is more than likely just down due to the unexpected amounts of people trying to log in and play there.
