Server down

    I have been trying to reconnect for about 1 hour now, hoping for the lucky moment of getting through. But i haven't been that lucky yet. ( On EN btw. )

    Hello there just how long it gonna take to actually stabilize EU servers?

    I mean I could connect to NA server but ping was just a nightmare and server was supposed to be online almost 10h ago

    I know it's OBT and there was a lot of people who want to play Soul Worker but isn't taking way to much time to fix that issue?

    And you guys put a post on forum that all servers are good to play Here and it was 3h ago.

    So I don't know, am I the only one who actually got DC when I choose character to play?

    There was another problem. And they decided it.

    task manager says only 60ms but the game is completely freezing and laggy for me (wasn't like this before the servers crashed though which is nice)

    Not telling us that there is some other problems?

    I mean come on when you lunch new game and shit happens you should let people know right.

    That is why we got FB Twitter and Game Forum, so we can expect some kind of information what is going on

    In first place there should be CBT to check server capacity and then OBT for all to make sure if all is good.

    It's only EN Candus that is offline atm.


    DE, ES, Fr, It, Po -servers are online and working.


    This was to be expected, because everyone got scared an went to EN Candus, which crushed it in the middle of the night when tech guys are asleep.

    This will be the future of EN Candus server for awhile. Get use to it, or go try your native language servers.

    well I think they just did not want the hassle of a closed beta Test, and just looked to test right away how they servers will deal with us. Actually I think it is smart, so they won't waste to much time on it. But ofc it will lead to problems as with most or even every "testing" you could say. I agree though, they could at least respond in more detail. But maybe the CM and Mods are not informed about everything yet, so the only thing we can at least give them is time.

    Well, I agree with that. We deserve some kind of information

    Seems like it possible to join, you just have to get extremely lucky, atm there are only 2 people in ch1 in main town which is me and someone else, we keep seeing people appearing for 1 second and the diseappearing again. :/

    game cant even be considered open beta its not translated its not stable game is unplayable right now with that lag fest


    this game def needed some CBT's its to early for an open beta

    Can't get past the server selection screen even at this hour ~_~ To be entirely honest i would prefer a server queue rather than getting dc even at character selection screen. It's been hours since it opened and the issues haven't been addressed.
