My friend can connect and is playing right now again the second time.. I was not in for once. When I press start and the game window opens I even have a 5-10 minute Black screen and then it says No servers available..! I downloaded the game at about 19:00 and still couldn't even create a character :<

Hello everyone,
the login issues were solved. You can access again our servers from the standalone client or via Steam. Please note that the NA server will take a couple of minutes to be online as well.

Be patient, guys. They didn't have closed beta, so that's the first time they are launching game servers. It's always hard to predict the load. Hopefully they are trying to resolve the issue as fast as possible. Just give it some time
