Hi,
I'm playing on NA. Sometimes, in megaphone, I see people selling [Suit of the Dark Lord] and [Helm of the Dark Lord] blueprints. How is that possible? Primal isn't even out yet. Is it a scam? Can anyone explain?

They are from event boxes, you can recive everything from them, even uncraftable blueprints i saw them already on my server :x

The blueprint chests inside of the event have a chance to drop a large variety of items for any character. This can include progression BPs, achievement BPs, etc.
So they probably obtained it from there.
I've been trying to get Iris' Ravan Sunglasses bp but no luck. Really dont want to farm 1000 Blood Soulworkers again >.> -

Is that what you guys are talking about? How do you get Primal blueprints from that? Or are you talking about fashion blueprints? Isn't Primal the new yet to be released raid?

At the aqua grutin, it sells 'Fashion Blueprint Chest' , these are have a drop chance of giving the dark lord suit and helmet. The reason for this is because they are already in the game. So it's one of the ways to bypass it without having to play primal.
