Where is Sprint Event?

    Supposedly, there is a permanent sprint event that new players receive. From asking around, it seems that some people who created a new character got this event. However, when I created a new character, I didn't get this event.

    Anyone know what's going on?

    On Saturday. My friend created his new character before me and still got the event.

    What's more strange... I just created a character in a different server, and I can see the event. So it seems only on NA server, I'm getting this bug :(

    our goal was to deliver this event to everyone, but unfortunately the system has flaws that make it unavailable for a limited number of accounts (it is not a general issue). In case you have a newly created character and you still do not have the event active, please contact our support in order for us to gather more information & exact numbers of the people affected.

    Pretty much what Threea said above. Looks like just have to wait until it gets fixed.

    i was wondering is there a criteria that define if your character considered as new characters?

    like say you skipped the tutorial then the system disable the sprint event for you...ect.?

    i skipped the tutorial for my character i didnt get the sprint event...what about the others with the same problem.

    I also do not have the Sprint! event of 2 characters created yesterday. I skipped the tutorial.

    Well, my friend created his alt pretty much same time as I did, but I did not receieve the sprint whilst he did. We’re pretty similiar in terms on game progression:

    - same rank D

    - both have one character lvl55

    - same server

    - same start date

    - both using steam version


    Only differences I can think of...

    - i have played more hours

    - i have lvled up more alts to lvl30

    - i completed the previous iris sprint event

    - i have been banned once (and unbanned)

    It's only fail from the maj
