Where is Sprint Event?

    Hello everyone,


    we already gathered all the information from affected players & reported the issue, but unfortunately for now there is nothing new I can tell you. In case we have news on the matter I will inform you.

    Will the event be activated on characters that don't have the event but created in the right time frame?

    looking at the permanent sprint event rewards i feel that this issue needs to be addressed officially and solved as those affected loses a whole lots of items including brooch extractor, akasha transmitters and skill reset... its been almost 2 weeks alrdy


    p/s i tested creating a character in another server and i got the event but in EU EN server candus there;s none eventhough i redeleted and recreated

    It was supposed to be permanent? I thought it's gonna be a monthly thing. Kinda goes against nerfing alts and now they basically give out SD Brooches for free... (and of course all the other goodies)

    well.....those who have it alrdy been farming for the 3rd week now..... if it's a monthly event only then RIP and no compensation and action taken till now


    but it's announced as permanent sprint event alrdy to it would be unfair to pull it back now


    plus it's not like it given out for free... you need to work for it... and level it to lv 30 if you wanna complete the event within a duration... so i think it's still fair play... you spend your time in game leveling and you get something

    I completed it 2 times but 22.08. 2018 i created a new character and i dont have that event too, and tested it and create 2nd char and dont have this event too ended with created of 4 characters and no one have this event too.

    People with the event could have easily farmed at 2 alts per week even if just playing casually, for 3 weeks = 90 extra brooch transmitters while the people who got bugged out of the event just get screwed, all the while with no notice, updates or compensation to affected players.


    Tldr usual Gameforge pissing players off yet again


    Highly unlikely this bug will be fixed anytime soon as the vast majority of bugs reported in this forum have remained untouched and this bug does not directly affect Gameforge financially. This bugs sub forum is practically useless.

    Hello everyone,


    after further checking on this issue, we discovered that the system is not bugged, but in this case, the permanent Sprint! event belongs in the same category with the Iris Sprint! event. This connection has an impact on the number of possible event completions in each account.

    Every Sprint! event is designed to be available 6 times in total per account. That means, in case someone completed either of the two events 6 times in an account (for example "farmed" the Iris Sprint! event 6 times already), cannot access any of them anymore in that account (even if you create new characters, since the 6-time cycle was completed in the account).


    We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will make sure that future Sprint events will not share these entries & all players will be able to enter up to 6 times per account in every Sprint! event.

    threea So does this mean that you're working on fixing the current permanent sprint to make it so it can be done only 6 times (apart from the iris one bug) or it means you're trying to get it work forever without limits but every other eventual sprint will have the 6 limit? Because i never heard about this limit, and i want to be sure about every detail and not stumble upon it by testing like in every other GF game, it takes too much time to do it every time by ourselves.

    threea can you make it a bit clearer?

    Is it the intention of making the 'permanent' sprint event only 6 times or is it a mistake from the technical team side and it will be fixed to be unlimited?

    the final event gift is 15 Premium brooches (5 of each type) instead the iris set
