Where is Sprint Event?

    I think you have a bug. I never completed ANY sprint event, not even the original Iris event. But I just created a new char today and I didn't get the sprint event on the new char.

    Hey, I just completed Iris event once long ago...(till lvl 30) in the meanwhile I farmed Ruccotown until level 14 with new characters to get the archivements... I opened some quest archievements from the Iris event like ( reach lvl 5 ) but never reached lvl30 with any other farm character.


    strangely enough I was able to do the new Spirit Event once aswell (till lvl 30), but when I tried to create another one I dont get any event...


    So does the system count the new created or half-done characters as 1 "completed", cause I never farmed the events till the end. Just 2 times.


    & support literally said they can´t do anything anymore but in the future Im able to play events again. ? where my brooches lol.

    I’d like to know this as well. I believe it’s only counted when fully completed, although I have no hard proof of this. The reason is because I created multiple alts during Iris Sprint event (but only reached lvl30 on one of them), yet I am still recieving Sprint event now.


    I’ve created 3 new characters since the last update, and all 3 characters have received the Sprint event, including one character slot that I had previously completed Iris Sprint event. This leads me to believe it’s 6 per account, rather than 1 per character slot.

    I think the confusion lies in what exactly counts as one of the 6 times per account limit. According to your description, it depends on the number of event completions per account.

    Please have some support look into the Sprint Event after the Halloween Event maintenance! The Sprint Event on my level 29 character before the update suddenly disappeared today. I still haven't claim a lot of the rewards yet since I was waiting claim it all once I reached level 30. This isn't fair that the event is supposed to be permanent for a max of 6 per account and shouldn't disappeared like this after a random update.

    yea, it probably was supposed to end on the 11th, so you basically screwed yourself, though sorry to hear of it, theres nothing to be done.

    I too have completed 1st time "only" Iris sprint event, and after i just read all this , i know for me 1 time Iris Sprint and i completed 2 times the Soulworker Sprint, and after that i don't get the chance to complete the "remaining" 3 times, why? i do not know that too
