During the Open Beta phase, we think it's better to apply fix and improvements as soon as they are available (that's also why we run maintenance even if it's 21:30 for us too ;)).

La maintenance se déroule correctement mais nous avons besoin d'encore un peu plus de temps pour les tests. Cela ne devrait pas prendre plus d'une heure (si tout va bien évidemment).

Pour les maintenances, c'est surtout lorsque l'on peut et que nous avons tout testé avant le déploiement. Mais pour les maintenances régulières après la sortie officielle, ce ne sera certainement pas en soirée (parce que si vous rentrez du travail, cela signifie que moi j'y suis encore :p).

Tous les services en ligne ainsi que les serveurs ne seront pas disponibles pendant la maintenance.
Dans le cadre de cette maintenance, nous améliorerons les performances des serveurs et améliorerons la stabilité du serveur NA.

En espérant que vous rencontrez moins de soucis. Notre équipe travaille toujours sur les soucis de latence ou erreurs à la connexion (ainsi que la fenêtre de la boutique premium qui n'est pas disponible).

To avoid any misunderstandings about the current maintenance, it's an hotfix patch and does not include a wipe.
As mentioned already, in case there is a wipe, you will be informed officially beforehand. -
If we have to wipe, it won't be after a long time. We have to see first if everything is fine (well, I'm not talking about the login issue right now :/) and then we can give you a confirmation. We will try to provide more info as soon as possible but not today sorry. Thank you for your patience!
But still, we can't confirm yet when or if a wipe will occur.

Being vague and say maybe = Big Problem.
Say we wipe = if it's not needed and we don't = problem
Say we don't wipe = if it's needed and we do = problem
I understand your point of view but I can't give any answer if I don't have confirmation / fixed decision based on technical aspects. You will be clearly informed as soon as we can if a wipe is planned or not.
