Hello, I only noticed this because I decide to play on another server while Tenebris is down but I never did receive the New Player pack that included a costume, bank/inventory tickets, grutin tokens and exp books
Also did not receive the New Player mail
I feel slighted that others received this much needed boost but I didn't, hoping they can be credited to my account. Thanks!
