If you are experiencing launcher issues after the new patch release (error .dll not found), you can download the Visual C++ Redistributable package from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-u…oad/details.aspx?id=48145 (~ 29MB, free of course).
That should fix the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

After digging deeper into the thread I found that you can also repair the redistribute-able by opening your Apps from the Control Panel and looking for these files.
By selecting Change you have the option to repair it.

Some of the older libraries may require these older run-time components, do you have them installed?

Sometimes when I'm playing Stella in dungeons I get stuck under the map and I can't reset position.
It mostly happens when I use the skill "Howler Parade".

Sorry, but I'm not mad. I actually want to know why two people can't use a different language to talk to each other on a american server. That's why i asked if they were talking to you, cause if they were I can understand your argument.
And again, I was able to join the servers. What I really want to know is what hell is this whole thing.
It is Steam's team mistake, GameForge's miskate or they actually can't even do a IpBlock right? Or is it going to have a IpBlock at all? Again, the lack of information is the big problem with the current staff taking care of this game.The problem is they're talking in different languages in megas and most of the server(That is english speaking) can't understand them.
They have their own servers so why don't they stay out of NA?
