the answer was: we cannot guarentee you will be still be play in the future, but we have forwarded the request as many others have wished for the same thing. we will post the information on all of our social media pages and our steam store page when we receive the ok.

I contacted gameforge support and they said they forwarded our request for people that were able to play from the beginning. They will definitely give us more information later when they they are able to.

gamers be caught in Greedy Company Money Wars. Seriously. Why is SmileGate not Waiving theirs for the game and get their money back for paying for the rights. At this rate we SEA/OCE wont be playing their version of the game and their version will fall terribly to the ground.

I mean they must have some reason as to why they can't give full detail and this is my guess.what i think they have the hidden reason about this. why?
if this about agreement with another publisher and they can deal with that for couple week (coz before non ue/na can register ,dl, patch & play normal) and if they want and hear many SW player from NON UE/NA sure they can make move for make this EU/NA server get positive review and more ppl playing this game and more booming. like they make deal wht another publisher will not add region block till they publish for SEA/OCEA/LATAM mybe. And im sure they can do that if they want to.
this issue come because GAMEFORGE fault, didnt put that agreement since first time launch for register & DL game.
and they need take responbility for many ppl already spend much time & already love playing this version, not only just say sorry this all about license and agreement then BANNED non UE/NA. that like they run from the problem they make.

They don't have the rights to host the game in SEA or LATAM because Smilegate has the licensing for those regions. There is currently no SEA version but this just means that it is still on it's way. Honestly, the announcement clarifying why they IP blocked should be enough for you.
you watch us SEA users not play on their servers because of this very reason.
I mean, Gameforge got to us within a year. SmileGate spend over 2 years preparing right? have they really? or they just monopolising it. #&$@ Them. -

Just because an item could be attained in game without real money doesn't make them not P2W... The fact is even with things you can attain in game for free, with money, you can get all these things that it would take a non payer months if not years to attain. Currently with the same effort, it just isn't feasible for a non payer to keep up with a heavy payer.
None of that literally makes sense. You can get them without money which means it's only pay to advance/convenience. its not pay to win. You need to use the terms correctly.
This doesn't affect ingame content. it only affects pvp. Get it through your head. F2P.

I would like to discuss your reasoning behind not sharing that information. Game Companies should always tell us which regions are blocked.
My Reasons:
* So that Anyone searching for the game outside the game regions, knows they cannot play on the server.
* So people don't get further confused.
* To portray the area of regions the game has not blocked, if there is mistakes. E.g. A player from a region where the player should be allowed to play from is blocked. How do we know?
As for my other question. Are the players that are in the game, that are from SEA/OCE and their steam store page is not accessible, but can still patch the game. able to play the game after beta?
Personally I was able to download and play since the beginning of OBT, I'm from Australia and have an understanding in the legalities, but as for those that were able to play, it seems harsh for them to not play after beta, also in Australia, misinformation is a legal issue, please be aware of that. -
The the complaints to SmileGate, they're the ones monopolising it and haven't said a word in 2 years about it.

They're keeping the servers hostage. I hope they're doing something that's worth our wait. i'm still gonna play the game till i cap at lvl 55. I'm Australian, i know i'll probably get blocked from playing after beta, but i'm gonna play with no regrets and post to you all that i reached the end.

i currently do this id rather not though i perfer to play the game on my off days not afk. feel like im playing black desert all over again
