    Dear SoulWorkers,


    A special maintenance will take place today, 27/02/2018 to improve performance.


    The maintenance will start at 14:45 CET and ALL servers and services will be unavailable for a short amount of time.

    Afterwards, the current lag issues should be fixed.

    Hey there!


    Steam and website accounts are not linked. If you create an account on the website first and then launch the game on Steam, a new account will automatically be created. We will provide in the future a possibility to link and unlink your Steam and website accounts.

    It is our goal to provide Iris Yuma or Jin to our players, but at this point we unfortunately can't confirm when exactly this content will be available. All characters from the Korean version will anyway be released on our version.

    Good morning SoulWorkers!


    Some of you have reported major lag issues, mainly in the NA server. We have already informed our team and they are working on it with the highest priority. Thank you for your reports, and sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hello everyone,


    the login issues were solved. You can access again our servers from the standalone client or via Steam. Please note that the NA server will take a couple of minutes to be online as well.

  • Play in the Open Beta!

    It’s time: the open beta is live and will be running until the official launch of SoulWorker.

    To ensure the live release is a smooth one, we need your help. Test the game in the open beta and give us your feedback.


    We will be looking at and tuning the balance during the test phase. As a result, it may well be that the release version of SoulWorker then ends up somewhat different to its beta form. We will also be testing the server stability, which may lead to server issues and emergency maintenances.


    The in-game shop will only be stocked with a selection of free test items initially.

    Get plenty of them, and above all, test to ensure that you actually receive the test items.


    Note: There is a possibility that we may have to reset all accounts. We will provide more details on this as soon as we are able to.
