Do you want a new raid and more equipment? Then hold on, because that’s exactly what you’ll receive in the new update!

Hidden Hideout

The raid is open to all SoulWorkers level 65 and up. You play in groups of four and can expect the latest weapons and equipment!

What you need to know about the raid:

• You gain access once you have completed the quest.
• You need tickets from Deleska to be able to start the raid (480 BP, 5 per account a day).
• Enter the portal above Dipluce Horizon.
• The boss battle starts immediately after starting the raid.
• Each character can only be revived 3x.
• More achievements and additional quests await you.

New Weapons and Equipment

The new update also includes new weapons and equipment!

You have two enchantment options:

• “Normal” – helps constantly increases your stats.
• “Random” – increases your stats only slightly, but can randomly make them much higher.

[4/6/2020-7/7/2020] Event: Sweet Flower

Get charming pieces of jewellery for your next in-game date and dozens of other items during the event starting on 4/6!

How it works

Everything revolves around the Candy Powder. This lets you make Event Titles and Accessory Qube at the Grutin-o-Mat.

• Candy Powder can be attained from the raid bosses in Rucco Town, Grace City, Candus City, Ruin Fortress, Grasscover Camp and the high-level content (Golden Citadel and Primal) – the higher the difficulty, the more items you will secure.
• Additionally there are also Candy Sapling Seeds to be had. Simply defeat any Grutins that appear and there’s a chance some will land in your inventory.
• Should you also have a set of green thumbs, plant these seeds in your garden and after 20 minutes you’ll be able to harvest up to 30 Candy Powder.
• For 20 Grutin Gold you can receive more Candy Sapling Seeds at the Grutin-o-Mat.

Gather the two rings, necklace and the earrings to enjoy the full set bonus (available to equip from level 14). You can even get the best bits upgraded by visiting Tuning Expert Trisha during the event!

• The NeoSanctum Transmitter will now have double chance for the following cards (the previously added cards will be moved to the normal transmitters as always):

• Known translation issue: The boss name that is displayed in the loading screen of Hidden Hideout is not correct.

we would like to inform you that there is a small mistake in the description of the Fashion Cube "Romance Hospital", as It mentions that the cube includes a "photo" instead of an "Outfit".

• Wrong description currently displayed: You receive the Romance Hospital (Fashion Qube), which holds the matching photo for your character.
• Correct description: You receive the Romance Hospital (Fashion Qube), which holds the matching outfit for your character.
  

*the cube works as intended and you receive the correct items.

As mentioned before, the rotations are happening when we have a bigger patch/update at the moment and not during a standard maintenance - this is why since DH2 there were no new additions(that can take longer than a month, that was the initial plan as we also said back then).

For the second part, it is still the same process that will happen with the upcoming rotation.

Hello, I've answered to this right before, Arua is still in the NT since there was no rotation yet. Once there is a change of the cards in the NT (new cards will be introduced), then Arua, Lilly & Jenna will be also added/moved to the normal ones.

FlameShiki This is the same process as always, there is nothing different/changed than what we did before, maybe you were confused by the wording ("removed") ? If yes, then my mistake, I meant the above.

The rotations are usually happening when we have a new patch/update, so until the next update, these cards will be avaialble in the NeoSanctum Transmitters.

After that, new cards will be added to the NT and the previous ones will be removed and added to the normal ones.

Hey there, I don't really understand the reason behind the complaints for the extension of the EP reduction event.. If some of you consider it "not useful" because you might not play as much nowadays, it is your own choice, but it doesn't mean that it is not helping other players that are more active and enjoy having the EP reduction permanently added.

About the next update, as already mentioned in the last community letter, it will be Hidden Hideout. There is no date we can share with you at the moment, but once we are getting closer, you will be informed as always.

• Cliquez sur le symbole de l'évènement en haut à droite, à côté de la minicarte.
• Accomplissez les quêtes de l'onglet « 1re manche » et obtenez les récompenses affichées.
• Une nouvelle manche est débloquée chaque jour.
• Pendant l'évènement, vous pouvez également rattraper, un autre jour, les quêtes de manches passées.
• En tout, il y a 6 manches avec 4 à 5 quêtes chacune. Si vous parvenez à toutes les terminer, vous recevez un accessoire ou un bibelot de la série Viilor de votre choix !

How the event works

• Click on the event symbol on the top-right, next to the minimap.
• Complete the quests in the ‘Round 1’ tab and you will receive their stated rewards.
• A new round will be activated every day.
• You can complete quests from previous rounds at a later date during the event period, should you wish to.
• There are a total of 6 rounds with 4 to 5 quests. If you manage to beat them all, you’ll receive an accessory or jewellery item of your choice from the Villor series for completion.
