Note regarding IP block: Players from regions which are not under our licensing rights unfortunately are not able to access our version of SoulWorker.

May we have a complete/comprehensive list of "regions which are blocked"? ...unless it meant "outside NA/EU" or something, I guess...

This is JP's for reference...also is more accurate than just "Boss".

    Offence

    1. [...]
    2. Extra Damage: General (or mob, as some people call it)
    3. Extra Damage: Boss/Named
    4. Extra Damage: Aerial
    5. Extra Damage: Down
    6. Extra Damage: PvP
    7. [...]

    Defence

    2. Extra Damage: General
    3. Extra Damage: Boss/Named
    4. Extra Damage: PvP
    5. [...]

Also I would call it "Additional" but eh, Extra is shorter and okay, I guess.

I'm going to be hostile about this one because really, WTF.

I find the naming sense questionable for the character/item names.

I'll be basing the original names to the JP one, as I don't have much knowledge on the KR one, of which SW NA/EU based off of.

    JP Original Text

    ゼニス Zenith Jenna
    イオ Io Shiho
    グルトン Glutton Grutin
    リュー Ryuu Wilba
    ベンジャミン Benjamin Benjy
    サニー Sunny Seoni
    ウォーレン Worren Voy
    リョーコ Ryoko Glain

    ふうちゃん Fuu-chan Old Man

    アクシデントコール Accident Call Respawner

Just several that I'm able to catch for now.

...unless you have like an official thumbs-up from the original developers/writers or something for these name localizations, then I guess I am kinda okay with it. I'll have to direct the complaint to them or something, or can't complain about it at all.

Well, sure, we're "localizing" it, but...Are we really gonna let Stella address Fuu-chan as Old Man?

    It definitely sounds off.

Yes. After some 2 maintenances ago, the server response lags seems to be "re-introduced". I say re-introduced because this was the same server response lag we experienced during the first 24-ish hours of its release.

The server response lag (lag made by the server, not by one's ping, for lack of a better term) was already fixed some 2 maintenances ago, why are we back with that problem again? =3=

Since this client was SW KR-based, most, if not all, of the other mechanics coming from KR has been inherited.

One of them is a forced down-to-200-Energy reset on every Monday's Energy reset.

...Of course, there's probably the option for SWNA to change to something like JP has, which has nothing like the forced down-to-200-Energy reset every Monday, should Gameforge choose to. I hope they do get rid of that forced reset.

It's not in the HDD or SSD that's problematic then. Maybe something, a configuration, in your system is affecting it?

Meanwhile, there's also the possibility that it might be affected by the server overload, since that has been introducing alot kinds of problems ever since OBT release.

Re-upping or seconding/confirming this because this is a serious inventory space hogger.
Brooches aren't like this in JP: you can sell, drop them, bank them, and share them to anyone else.

I'm not sure why one would think this is a good idea to make it not deletable/discardable in the least.

Try editing the file "Steam\steamapps\common\SoulWorker\UserData\User_#####_Option.ini" (where ##### denotes the unique number for each character you have).

I was able to change the "UIModeChange Key=" from Left Alt to Right Alt, and worked in-game.

    Yes, it's your Hysteria/Erosion.
    ...though as if you can accumulate enough SoulNova/SoulVapor to be able to initiate one, anyway. =w=;

I always have enough around halfway through a mission.

Naww, I mean, in the context of Steel Grave, where that specific screenshot was taken, since you don't get SoulNova from that place anyways.
...or, at least I think that's Steel Grave. =w=

Be noted that the game is also CPU-heavy and CPU-unoptimized. The slower your CPU is, the more microstutters you get as well, no matter how strong your GPU is. Sure the GPU helps, but some graphics is still bottlenecked by the CPU.

Since the client seems to be KR-based, there might be CPU optimizations done on the later versions.

I am unable to reach a stable 60fps on The Thing (or basically a big monster with 50 other players attacking it) even on the somehow-optimized SW JP with GTX 1080 and i5-6700K, for reference.

    I've personally tested this one.

It's perfectly safe and game-working to must move / cut-paste the game (the whole Soulworker folder containing Client folder, Launcher.exe, etc.) to any other location you wish.

The only one affected is its uninstallation procedure, since the uninstallation registry (used by Windows' Control Panel) and the unins000.dat will still point to its original location.

For laptops or keyboards with Fn key, the screenshot key is set to that Fn key as the default (though not shown when the Settings ins brought up).

Common desktop keyboards don't have the Fn key, so they won't be able to screenshot unless they manually set it.

We can manually set the Screenshot key to be Print Screen, but that setting doesn't seem to save once the client is closed.

Setting "Print Screen" in the file GameCommonOption.ini under the options "[Control Option]Save ScreenShot Key=" doesn't make a difference.

Proposed resolution: make PrtScr key the default screenshot key, and make the game save whatever key they may set on it.
