uhm fatigue point can be a community benefit, there will be no ppl that lvl up too fast just becaouse he have alot of time in real life to play. JP does not have bank share and i do as someone here suggested, i change character when i'm out of FP with my main, it's not that bad, it can be a "problem" only for people that play 8hrs+ a day, well imho, get a life or do multiple characters.
Should we lock the game to 60fps to keep people who have 144hz from having an advantage?

As far as I know, the stamina system allows you to keep playing. It just prevents you from getting certain buffs.

could i play all day? like on one character.
You know, if you had time to play all day on one character, then you'll certainly have time to level up multiple of the same class, then simply use the banksharing feature to swap all the gear to another alt before continuing playing. It's a very minor inconvenience and whenever I see people making the excuse that "I don't want alts", it sounds like a very bad excuse considering how easy it would be for them to spend some more time leveling alts for a week (that's all it takes to reach level cap), then use the bank sharing feature to bypass the FP limits, especially since they'd be willing to spend much time playing on 1 character anyway if they could, so spending that time instead on leveling alts for a week shouldn't be a problem for them, right?
If you can bypass it, it shouldn't be there in the first place.

Ye, depends on how much control they have. Occasionally publishers are able to make changes, though. Depending on the games engine it could be as simple as changing a cvar somewhere, or it could be locked. Varies from game to game.

This might not be the best place to put this, i'm sure there's a feedback forum somewhere, but what are the chances of an FOV slider making its way into the western part of the game? Trying to play the game with the default camera distance/FOV is somewhat headache inducing.
