So today is 5/29/2018 and i went on steam, and update of SW popped up. I installed that update and everything, waited 6 hours for servers to be fixed ( they put announcement on twitter about improving servers ) and what happened ? My lvl 20 chacter is gone. I tried everything, from reseting steam,pc,... and went on a lot topic to try to fix it and nothing happened and i saw people facing same issue. So this is the deal, my character isn't completely gone, but " half " like i don't have it in my server where i played it ( English Candus ) and on the server there is my character still in guild. I tried to create new character with same name just to see if anything would happen, and what happened is " there is already someone with that name bla bla " ( my chacter ) so what can i do now, my character lvl 20 is gone from my loading server screen, shes still in game/guild and i can't do anything about it. I contacted support, waiting for their reply but till then there is like nothing i can do. I requested new character level 20 with my inventory or retrieve of my chacter ( Stella Urbel ) and no, i didn't delete it accidentaly cause i downloaded game few days ago and i tested to delete chacter it's gotta be active for like 150+ hours which is impossible, and i only have 30 hours on that character i spended. What can i do now ? How do i retrieve my character so it pops up again in my EN candus server ? what will happen with my character and inventory ( it only says 22+ hours offline to the guild members ) ?
