This visual bug occurs every time I login or return from a district. There are few things that I noticed. First of all, it appears to be a client side bug, I tested it with other people and they see the ears how they should be. It also turns back to normal once you equip/unequip any items and it stays that way until you either relogin, or come back from a district. It is also worth mentioning that while in districts, and while doing the bunny gesture, the ears always appear as they should.
I don't know if it's the same for the other characters, since I only have Sparkling Bunny Girl Ears on Lily.
