Well it seems they fixed all NPCs because I didn't see the crafting tab.

Anyway at least we should give credit where it is due, they fixed it pretty quickly despite the community all thinking it'll take awhile.

they deserve no credit for doing the bare minimum of fixing something.

Well considering how the community prematurely brought out their pitchforks assuming it won't be fixed, I think there should be a certain degree of humility when one is wrong.

Yes this should be standard procedure when a game breaking bug crops up, however the community didn't even bother to see if it is being fixed. Sure gameforge doing something right for once doesn't excuse all the other times they didn't, but it also doesn't mean it is grounds for rage.

Some one with a criminal history doesn't automatically mean they are guilty of a more recent crime, so we shouldn't jump to conclusions.

Honestly, I love SoulWorker myself, but I'm approaching full AoV gear and have already completed DH as well
Four of my characters have already hit advancement
I'm running out of things to do personally, and I don't want to end up with nothing to do in this game because of GameForge's incompetence. I'm getting sick of how long these updates are taking, and I can tell I'm not the only one.

I'm growing more worried by the day the game is going to die and my time and effort has been for naught.

Its really frustrating to see how they are actively killing the game. I worry every time i see the population dwindle. It seems we care more than Gameforge who have much more to lose(money)

I agree it is about time we get corrupted records.

There is absolutely no reason why we still don't have it. No copy-paste answer will not satisfy us. threea talk to the upper management and get a real answer.

It is mind boggling why a company would actively destroy a game and basically lose potential income. They don't even advertise in order to make up losses. Not a single advertisement since initial announcement of NA/EU release.

I won't spend a dime anymore on soulworker with Gameforge publishing it as I'm literally done and hope it shuts down so we will get Soulworker: Reboot, just like kritika, published by Liongames in NA/EU with up to date content to Korea.

Did kritika keep player data? Just wondering.

I would be sad to see my data disappear for SW as I did put quite a lot of hours in to it.

Anniversary update anyone? How do you not do anything for the anniversary? That's sad

EDIT: Apparently delayed until tomorrow... I mean it not a big deal for 1 day delay but its the anniversary. That is a symbolic day that you would expect the event to be on time.

Also even more sad Threea basically told us the update isn't coming with the anniversary event, which was what I expected them to do.

It happens to all characters and not just AoV.

Oddly enough I never encountered it in AoV, even with my Haru.

The SA mobs in N-102 also sometimes stand there doing nothing. Naran/Enoch also sometimes do that. Although I have no idea what triggers it for those.

"In the latest update of Dipluce Horizon, we see that Colonel Aaron shoots one of his subordinates with a Gun Jazz out of frustration."

I was going to point that out. Pretty sure Gun Jazz is just a normal gun as with basically every other weapon in the game.

The difference being that soulworkers can channel their power in to the object to enhance their combat effectiveness.

And in the case of the hammerstol, normal humans can't carry that around.

Curiously, they have said soulforcers can't fight effectively with a weapon.... Even though Aaron who is a normal human can use the Gun Jazz. If you can channel soulforce in to a weapon, why can't soulforcers do it?

My explanation would be that a weapon have resistance. Think of electrical current, where resistance opposes current. I imagine that a soulforcer don't have enough power to overcome the resistance, and so when they use a weapon, it is no different than a normal human using it.

So it is far more effective to directly channeling in to concentrated energy instead of through a weapon.

I suspect soulworkers are strong enough to overcome it and trading some raw power for other utility, like range and penetration. Maybe higher level weapons with higher attack power simply means less resistance/energy loss.

But this is just a fan explanation.

As for using another weapon... I think they just don't know how to use it. The easiest to learn is most definitely the gun jazz. No offense Erwin... But firearms is comparatively easier to use, although one would still need training in it. Particularly trigger discipline the trigger pull, steady aim etc.

I put Ephnel as next easiest. The spear is a amazingly effective weapon that require much less training hence why it was a mainstay of ancient and medieval armies. It have a long reach(massive advantage) and the minimal requirement for effective use is 'pokey bit towards enemy.'

I would say that the sword(Haru and Chii) is the hardest. Edge alignment, stances and so on and so forth.

"than play the translated version you guys have."

I've been playing this for a very long time and the more I play, the less I think it is even translated lol.

The translation is like just one step above google translate, which ISN'T a compliment.

Also I just want corrupted records. Not actually a huge fan of raids but plez corrupted records. It is like one of the oldest thing that we still don't have which makes no sense! Gameforge can't possible claim that it is because we lack other content to play it because we aren't.

Also it got juicy story and I want to read it and play it myself, not watch Korean videos on it.

It has been made so easy it doesn't really matter anymore. I played the game 8x as long and only got to like grey B, then from a grey B, I got a green A in 2 months. Insanely easy

They likely will release the Dipluce pt2 + fix update with the 2nd anniversary event in order to add the new fanart in to the loading screen.

I doubt they will make these two separate updates.

What gives the most money. Just raw cash flow. Not counting WUCs or ECs that you can sell. I want to stock them up so not very interested in selling them for profit.

Innocent daydream gives 1.2 mil per run but its only 5 times a day for 20 ep each run.

IIRC Golden Citadel gives like 400k for 30 ep so it doesn't seem that great. I haven't tested Dipluce Horizon but I'm curious if there's anything I am missing. What gives the most deznai/energy?

Don't mind them. Steam and Forums had always been very pessimistic from the beginning.

Although it probably is better to keep your expectations low given the current track record of most Western releases in general. Better to be surprised and satisfied than to be disappointed.

Not just Gameforge tbh. It has gotten better over the years but Western Publishers typically had always been slow in porting games and updates.

Also I know a few people who played BSW and have said they had plenty of bugs that remained unfixed for awhile too. While it's a single person vs a big company(So its not a valid defense for GF), people have been over glamorizing one over the other.

When something is done poorly, it is a lot easier for people to nitpick. If the overall product is delivered nicely, then people tend to be forgiving. This is the problem I see with GFSW. A general bad reputation and constant recurring issues lead to people far more likely to complain about every minor thing.

Love the game though so I do wish for the best.
