well it was closed for 10mins or so, since earlier today it has picture of support replying to the players. So it was closed and the pictures was removed then re-open. lol i thought mod closed it.

Well everything is solve because people voice out in forum and the CM came out and communicate with us. But if everyone think like xCGG and don't voice out and just take the banned even when they are being framed, then GF wouldn't able to find out that there is script they created that is wrong and fault-fully banning players. And the current upset on my end is more like the respond the support was replying, such a haste and disrespectful way to communicate with the player that just trying to play the game and support the game.
Yeah, I totally agree with you, I'm just glad people will be able to get their accounts back, but I still don't understand why xCGG is still arguing, hopefully nothing similar happens again

Looking on the bright side of this entire ban mess, it seems they managed to ban most of the bots. I haven't seen any except for that Harubot spamming megaphones.

we can. of course, the problem is, the economy is still falling one day more, and more people leave the game cause we dont update, and one day more is very important, but ok, i just say GF must wake up and hear the SoulWorkker community.
I do not know how I can still trust in GF, but I still trust GF can to fix the game.
We must be united.

I am a calm person and I always look for patience in these cases, but sometimes patience can not anymore and I do not know what the problem is, so much time that they have to put something in the game, and they have been with the update of the houses without putting anything, almost 1 month. Then they will ask why people get angry. I think they do it on purpose to make us angry. GameForge what happen? Can you tell us? Please? Or its a joke and maintenance will be the Friday? The game has problems, economy is broken in some servers, there are not events currently (only log in during 1 hour and 30 minutes to get 3 soccer balls) and forum need events too, there is not information from Iris, and still a lot of people has problem with connection in game cause the game get crashed a lot while we play.
I agree, it would be better if they at least communicated with us
Maybe they decided to release Primal with Iris and are working on that
What I'm trying to say is they probably ran into a problem, but due to the lack of communication it looks like they are just pissing us off -
