    thats the only way for steam, cuz our publisher is too greedy and promoting their cash shop without caring of game mechs. Life was better witout it and at support they said theres no way to disable it and they are not planing to do so. And now they also blocking sw from launching while promoting their mobile version of the game, amazing. Not with promo pic on bg, not with advertising in prem shop or smth, but just popup that blocks ur client from launching :pepega: Thats all you need to know about gf.

    Sure there will be "flaming" because GF doesn't do their job properly. Keep it up, close the thread and new will follow, not because people are toxic, but because GF made them to do so. Your community is fed up with bad executing, and all GF does to "fix" is excuses, postpones, bugs and SC milking. At least start accepting your fault instead of trying to change the topic by focusing on "flame" and making it look like its player's fault.


    People who dedicated their time and love to the game trying to communicate and solve problems from the beginning, by reporting bugs to support, making forum threads and so on and so on. Players working more on the game than GF itself. And all GF ignorance to it and bad handling lead up to "flaming" as you call it. Comprehend finally that your "strategy" with game is bad. Accept it and start communicating and doing better job.

    Rly sad to see how some players buying those excuses, well may be u deserve GF attitude then. Keep focusing on "deserved bans" instead of viewing full picture and eat wheel in prem shop instead of everything good which this game has.

    So they accepted it wasnt a bug exploit but "bad conduct" towards their mistake in code. Well sure how else it can be in laws territory. But still didnt heard proper apology which saying "we screwed up" from GF, no news on other bugs fixing also, still dust in the eyes.

    At least they giving small compensation for first time in history of gfsw, my congratulations guys.


    But they still hiding it like "hey its just free stuff, a gift!" cuz dont have the courage to accept their multiple mistakes.

    "we celebrate!" - they say, what exactly? Is it anniversary fail?

    dont miss one thing - bug was reported pretty quick and both GF and players could evade that fiesta with quick rollback or closing servers in for day to fix and just do a compensation if we had professional publisher. But did you see any excuse for it in their official reply? nope they talk about 20 hours of progress and throwing dust in our eyes.

    Not even counting that was NEW item related to NEW char in update which was postponed to check ALL NEW THINGS

    And we never get compensation for their mistake, we never get a proper apology, we never get reply in time. All we get is players paying again and again for publisher/dev mistake.

    GF just making fun of playerbase and some of us actually buying it

    nah we cant lose 20 hours of ppl buying neo cards and chii underwear 20 hours of progress dont you get it? We care about our 95% 1 stars rating. And we couldn't maint servers asap when bug was reported right away with update cuz we were busy on silver knight box. So now you clowns players pay for it and eat it. We still got sc buyers anyway its only a small fraction of the community actually so cya.

    But yeah rollback is a must but wont happen, ppl buying silver knights and sc so GF not gonna roll back their money wasted, which is a main and only reason for not rolling back imo, cuz who cares about ingame dz, u better enjoy collecting premium shop items.

    Soon TM strikes again with childish excuses. To make sure that update will come without bugs? Are GF really thinks we gonna believe that? When like every update had bugs and side effects. Gosh you can't even write patch notes properly. For example like half of last update was not in patch notes, which leads me to conclusion GF dont even have a clue what exactly they bringing with patch. Like adding EC craft when there's even no dungeons yet to grind mats for it and reworked PVP rewards (ye, pvp is a joke but that's besides the point here) and many more.
    This "rough update schedule" was bad to begin with and GF dares to postpone it even more. Why it was bad? Because we supposed to catch up to kr, not adding content slower than they release new :faceplam:

    As a company you should work on game you take for release, you should make sure your players have all they can have with game up to date. Poke developer hard when your version have bugs and fix it asap, make developers improve performance of the game with patches because it lags and stutters even on overkill PC. Work and talk with developer and community because players are the ones who bring you money, hello? Instead GF only confront us with the fact that its postponed again. Never even said proper sorry or compensate us for your mistakes or delays, not even speaking of proper communication. We see you wanna put lowest efforts possible while maintain milking. Only thing GF excells with this game is digging a grave for it.
