Are you above dungeon level by any chance? Or have team players who surpass it?

As far as I know drop chance vastly decreases with every level above minimum requirements for a dungeon.

Powerful team helper can lower drops to almost nothing, this is designed as prevention to "carry" abuse and should discourage power-leveling. In practice this segregates endgame players from noobs even more and could be dealt with more elegantly, sadly we have bigger problems than that - Gameforge is not transparent about numbers of newcomers or loot drop chances.

Maybe it will change in the future, meanwhile we play and pray in the dark for long life of Soulworker.

    Ham and cheese sandwich? Madness!

You serve bread first and then build the anticipation.

My guess before xmas, certainly after haloween-ish "event".

So yeah, Chii should come with her awakening, I thought maybe rookie raid glitch bugged awakening quests but no.

We can always entertain ourselves with a countdown.

I'm not resetting my password or try anything else before receiving info about this error.

Maybe someone found the solution, please share then.

    EDIT:

After contacting support I've been advised to reset my password.

Don't be like me and keep your launcher running after receiving email with a new pass code, don't even minimize it to tray because then I got this "error occurred - reload" message and had to start again. In my case emalis with code took over 15 minutes to be delivered.

I'm not saying this will 100% solve your case if you have similar problems, in doubt ask support for directions.

I only played on two servers but if I have to start cleaning, tell me now.

My magazine on main server is almost full, I used other server to test some builds so it's not much to manage but still...

I would transfer as much junk to characters' inventories before the merge just to avoid potential overload bugs.

How will it be done for those who actively hoarded on multiple servers and are currently away from the game unaware of merge, with plans to return after holiday break?

Please don't mess it up <3

2 days until merge! 25 of july.

There will be no merge on the 25 i think.. we still don't have any info about the merge.

Why would the only info: "The information about the merge..." be that there is no merge? It makes no sense.

Although it is slightly worrying details are determined last moment, we may as well stay calm.

From my experience with games, MMOs and life in general, you won't know about game's condition and neither should you be exposed to such info. There's a "self-fulfilling prophecy" factor many good willed but harsh and bitter game communities ignore.

Developers and publishers are often tied by strict contracts. Games are products made for profit. If your "tower defense shooter" online game stops being popular you can close it or morph it into something else by stealing ideas and whoop - there goes Fortnite. Some are surprised by level of success like Steve Sinclair, co-creator of Warframe who admitted his project was designed to last two years top.

You gotta admit the initial EU launch was bold, with small local servers each demanding patch translation and steady pace of updates making us always hungry for more content.

Expecting a prediction for year or two in the future is somewhat naive. You're pretty much asking for consolation and can get it but will it make you certain it's not a standard "we're fine" copro babble?

The game is fine, everything is fine, you are fine. There's some shenanigans going on behind the curtains but before you know it you will grind Xmas event with Chii. Or scavenge for scraps of food after nuclear holocaust wipes our civilization.

My theory is that when you use akasha and there's physical object or enemy in front of you then it mirror your akasha in the opposite direction.

I suspected it to be a fail safe mechanic trigering close to walls or other objects but it also happens when there's plenty of space.

Yes, whatever this janky mechanic should do, it probably makes active Akashas spawn out of bounds. I tried it enough times in open space, far away from any walls or objects to realize there must be some other factor involved but I can only speculate what it is without DEV mode on.

From my experience and testing it affects all active Akashas, no exceptions.

On use, Akasha is deployed behind the character or not showing at all. Faulty use still turns on timer cooldown.

My guess is when active Akashas are not appearing at all, they spawn somewhere on the map but too far to work properly.

No idea what causes spawning behind characters. I suspected it to be a fail safe mechanic trigering close to walls or other objects but it also happens when there's plenty of space. Now I'm not sure if there is any pattern.

    Please fix, it's super annoying.

    Hey there!

The summer event will come along with the server merge in our servers.

Also, we will be able to give you more information about the merge very soon. :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but this seems to be first official confirmation on server merge.

We need details on this ASAP for obvious reasons:

    1. What if someone created characters on multiple servers?
    2. How will inventory space, dzenai, standard items, unique items, cash shop gear, etc. be handled?

Basically if we need to prepare in any way, the sooner we know what to do, the better.

I lowered my expectations and at this point mostly want things to not be bugged.

Active Akashas are still glitched, they often appear behind the character or don't work at all but still consume timer.

My guess is they still appear somewhere below the stage but are too far to work properly.

Good topic though, I admire all who still have some hope for positive changes :whistling::thumbup::thumbup:

I thought "merging" would apply for combining all european servers into one. Honestly I don't get why we got separate Italy, France and Germany servers. Doesn't it also delay all patching because of multiple languages? EN is invaded by Russians, like heavily and they mostly only talk to each other in cyrylic moon runes.

Is NA also divided into smaller regions? I doubt.

I don't think there's anything besides new character that can keep me interested.

65 dungeons, maybe for new boss encounters but they also seem to have more reskinned trash enemies.

Apparently we're not even getting Iris buff this summer ?(

My case is simple and yet I can't help myself because the game has bad loot algorithm.

I have a goal of completing Vicarious Calling set on every character.

Sure it's not mandatory and aiming towards power-leveling and raid gear could be more optimal but I should be able to farm a specific dungeon without my chances being WORSE with each run.

Loot chance on set blueprints are almost zero after reaching lvl 57. Handicapping oneself with weaker gear does not help, level seems to be the dominant factor.

To my dismay, the character I care to suit is Iris, who had the least chances for drops because I leveled all previous characters before her release. I had multiple copies of BPs for the rest of the bunch and now I miss two parts for Iris with no perspective to farm it in fair conditions.

    Of course I can:

    - delete one of my characters and level up new farmer to 54 (repeat at nauseam)

    - buy loot drop chance enhancers

    - when not getting visual golden beacon drop, leave mission to avoid leveling up or Alt+F4 from the game and restart

Maybe some see it as non-issue but for me it's a major flaw in loot distribution.

Even buying additional character slot for a spare character would help but we still are stuck with tight slot number.

Another solution would be adding pre-orders to player market but even then there's no certainty someone sells it.

Overall, loot chance heavily handicapped by level factor should be revised. Maybe add gear power to equasion to balance out overleveling? This could also help those who want to help new players without completely robbing them of loot. From my experience even 10 lvl difference can leave weaker team member without any drops.
