There are Games out there which were several Years almost Empty of Players but still got Content and are not dead yet.
i mean Ok Soulworker doesnt get Content but still far away from bein shut down.
I know how things getting handled here are not right.
I dont know why they ignore all this.
Simple Content every 1-3 Month would be enough i really dont know what is going on.
But we can cry here as long as we want nothing will change.
As Sad as it sounds that just the truth.

loyalty system, some costumes not all of them are now on sale for direct purchase,,, not a big change, but if we don't complain then GF will not listen. So please we should all participate in the forum! we should not give up!

look at the japanese version it has a lot of fun events and they are advertising chi in a professional way. While here they just photoshop her standing on a stage at gamecom lol

GF, i did not feel like i am doing a summer event! why? because simply, it's not. look at the kr version, look at the beach where u fight enemies/bosses. while here we fight for what? cubes mediocre rewards..

In the short term they should shut down NA and provide transfers to EU.
In the mid-long term they should be finding another publisher to pass the rights to as their poor management is going to lead to the death of the EU server as well.
Also I didn't vote because I don't think the game should shut down but I don't think there's hope with GF either after an entire summer of no content and a delay of literally every single small patch on their roadmap so far. They clearly can't handle publishing this title.
the summer event is a "big" we don't care about our customers...
also, their CEO said games should be fun! where's the fun mister CEO

We are all here, praying that not only Chii will release that day but deep in our hearts we all know that it won't happen.
I thinks it's just they're way to do things and as a company they have the right to do so: I mean players keep cashing the shit out of their pocket even now so why should they change the way of doing things? Lot of money with minimum effort.
Morally speaking, this is just a hit shit show
its called an mmorpg, its a game not a fashion show. they should decide whether they can handle a game or not, if not then they should simply not work in publishing games

Hello everyone,
there are no plans for a craft reset at the moment. We understand that the ones who took full advantage of the event so far are not really affected by the extended date, but there are still people that started later or did not try it yet, so they can now also have their part of the event.
No offense, threea but this is another unseemly behavior on your part. We all know that Chii was due to arrive on the 29th of August, and was probably postponed until 12/10 September, when Chii will be released.
But I say, can you have an event like this for 1 month? Absolutely not, so please do not use the excuse of "new players", this is the situation, time was needed for the arrival of Chii (not to do maintenance + new event (based on Chii of course)) so this event has been extended , just tell the truth ... this excuse of the "new players" is horrendous also because with 2 characters you take everything that is useful in 3 days if you want.
I really hope that in the maintenance that will take place in September you will not have the barbaric courage to release only Chii ... otherwise I think the forum implodes, having said that ... Have Fun with the Event
yeah, if they only release chi then they should prepare themself for a big booooo/complaints

i know that EME publisher also has a lot of lootboxes, but at the same time they give us a lot of free stuff and events plus their updates are faster than GF

in my humble opinion putting faith in chi is not enough! chi will not resurrect the game but, a content may increase the game popularity/player base
Imagine releasing chi and no content update for 3++ months like one could expect.
Excuses: players take a long time to grind to level 60. Then when it's time for actual content update, they will be like players who started the game late are still not near 60 so will give chance for other players to reach 60 (lul just like this event extension).
It's just amazing how forum should consist of in game content/questions but sw forum is all about the same ol' lack of content, scam package in the cash shop, server merge
which GF refuses to/dont care for to make any changes and make bunch of excuses constantly. Even if they do, it always takes forever or just ignored completely.
Why remove translations when content update is equally as slow? Translation in this game is not even that great from what I hear/see. Do they even bother communicating with LG for content update?? and do LG even bother checking on how bad GF is managing their game? I guess neither of those is happening which is why we're all here trying to open their eyes to see the reality in the current state of their game.
Went kind of off topic there but even if they release chi, NA server will still be empty after a week or two because leveling is pretty easy and once you reach lvl 60, full +9.. do some end game dungeons/grind.. what's next? wait another 3 months for new content update?
i am sure that gameforge will only release chi. why? because they are lazy and don't how to manage a game. While shop updates are faster than the kr version it self. big large irony

Handling better the game will (perhaps) save the game.
Chii alone can't do that, and i'm farly sure that people that wanted to try her already did it elsewhere.100% true.

We don't like this shop updates GF, so, change the idea or close the game. I don't care if you closes SoulWorker. I only one don't want a lie of game.
same, at least maybe an NA publisher would re-publish the game

in my opinion there is something "hidden from us" its weird for a publisher to be that lazy when it comes to profit from a game. something fishy is happening.
