They have been, but half assed about a lot of things tbh.

We are not trying to avoid your questions, we are trying to answer all of them as soon and as transparent as we can. But unfortunately that just isn't always possible. You have to understand that there are many people and departments involved, and often things need to be discussed first before they can be communicated. We need to coordinate what we can reply with the other CoMas, for some things we have to check with our Quality Assuarance or Game Designers, the people who make the strategic decisions or Korea. That takes time.

Of course, we could just jump into the discussions here and answer whatever comes to mind, or tell you what you want to hear. But what good would that do if it doesn't happen or will be differently in the end? It's probably best for the community if we only make a statement when we can be certain that it will be the final answer. Some things may not be decided yet. A few things might still change based on your feedback. Of course, that also isn't always possible, but it never hurts to let us know what you are thinking.

In some cases - like for the release date - there is a planin place when and how things can be communicated. Sure, we'd love to tell you the date already since you've waited quite a while. But we still can't just blurt it out in the forum. So a "soon" is the best we can do for now.

I know it's hard, but try to be a little more patient and don't become too negative just because you don't get ALL of the answers right away. :)

From what I can see, the latest posts on Facebook have all been published between around 14:00 and 18:00 CET. That pretty much falls into the working hours. But even if it weren't there also is an option to schedule posts, so working hours really do not mean so much. One would also not plan a Facebook post based on working hours. It's more about the times you can get the most reach.

I can understand that not having release date leads to a lot of speculations. But please try not to read too much into everything. Not every tiny detail always means something. We said we would release the Open Beta in Q1, and we are still in Q1, so there is no need to panic. The same applies to Steam. We said SoulWorker would be on Steam for the start of the Open Beta, and right now there is nothing that should make you think otherwise.

You want a final date, I get that. But I can't give that to you just yet. It will be communicated when it is supposed to. I'm repating myself by saying this, but just because it has not been announced, it does not mean that there is no date for the release yet. So just keep an eye on the news. ;)

I am starting to get worried. They never said why they delayed the release in the first place, and now the window for release is almost over.
They can't release the game in March because the competition is way to big. Jan-Feb was their window where they had no real competition.

I swear this is not the first MMO, where simply things like planing the right release day is being ignored, by questionable delays.

I can understand many of you have waited a long time and are really excited and a bit impatient, but there is no reason to be this negative. You can certainly form an opinion as to when the the game should be released based on the information available to you. But there are a lot of things to consider when picking a release date, and it is not as simple as you make it sound. While delays can certainly be annoying - and not only for you - I can assure you that everyone is working hard to make the game available as soon as possible. Sometimes delays may seem questionable, but you have to understand that sometimes it is necessary in order to provide you with the best possible gaming experience. Releasing something just for the sake of releasing it, isn't necessarily good either. And just because we did not announced a date yet, it doesn't mean that there is one yet. So for now, justhave a little more patience and check the news every now and then. There is no need to worry yet. :)
