    Hello everyone,

there are no plans for a craft reset at the moment. We understand that the ones who took full advantage of the event so far are not really affected by the extended date, but there are still people that started later or did not try it yet, so they can now also have their part of the event.

So, you care more the 5% new players than 95% users who completed the event and now we have to wait 2 weeks more? What type of joke is this.

Yeah I don't get it either but I suspect the excuse of "some players started late" is basically a lie as to why they are not doing a reset on the crafts. While "some players started late" certainly is true, it's not THE reason they aren't doing the reset. They aren't doing the reset because that would actually require doing work (regardless of how simple it would be to do). That said it's not like the rewards were even that good either. No tag transmitters and ECs/ADs way too craft limited but the Akasha transmitters are reasonable I guess.

But yeah, as we've seen this entire summer, the laziest path for Gameforge is the path they will take even if it means killing the game faster and pushing players to other games (or servers). I suspect if they outright admitted their plan is to let the game die they could end up in legal troubles with Lion Games so they have to maintain reasonable doubt until the contract runs out. Just a guess.

I still hope for a merge. I know it's a long shot, but seriously...

Would be nice but they won't do it. :(

Why not? Remember when they twice said they wouldn't bring the loyalty system until everyone complained? Cuz I do.

On top of that, they haven't explicitly said they won't merge/give transfers either. If anything the one time a mod addressed this they said they're watching the situation. Also given how dead NA is they pretty much have to merge or the remaining population will give up and find a different game or server to play (hint: if they find another server to play it won't be EN)

As I've said in the past: They're first going to push Chii and Dipluce to see if that somehow 'revives' NA. When it doesn't (and I can guarantee it won't), they'll then look to merge again or at the very least offer transfers (that you probably have to pay for which would be a really dirty trick).

I just hope they skip the nonsense and get us merged ASAP cuz you know it's inevitable.

Is gameforge allowing NecoNeco to make death threats against us because this is the only person defending them?

Is gameforge actually... endorsing this behavior???

Yeah this is just further confirmation that the people at Gameforge making decisions for this game DO NOT PLAY THE GAME THEMSELVES.

There's maybe less than 5% of the players that actually benefit a bit from the XP (brand new players who made it to RF/GCC and trying to get to lvl60 for the first time). Aside from that the recent XP reworks make leveling even through Grace pretty easy WITHOUT a buff, so it's not even that beneficial to alts. And then THE ENTIRE REST OF THE SERVER IS ALREADY LEVEL 60 SO THIS DOES NOTHING FOR US.

At the very least you could boost the miserable drop rates or something. Spending hours grinding AOV or SCP (which everyone gave up on) only to have a small chance at 1 or 2 ECs and a couple tags transmitters that pretty much never roll purple tags is the most discouraging thing ever. If Gameforge had actual players who played the game they would know and have improved this by now.

    Really getting sick of this.

It's really annoying how an official company runs its server badly and a few simple people run a private server much better.

Yeah it really makes you wonder if Gameforge is actually dedicating ANY resources to updating or if they do nothing for weeks/months then spend a few days making translations and push a patch. Like aside from translating a few things Gameforge isn't actually doing any work on this game. So what takes so long? There's no excuse for this.

Meanwhile new content hits the other server within a month of it's release in KR... and those guys shouldn't have anywhere near the resources available to them as Gameforge. This in itself seems like proof Gameforge spends most of their time goofing off and not actually doing anything (aside from answering support tickets maybe?).

It's gotten so bad I've seen die-hard NA players all moving to the other server and take entire guilds with them. Most of these people used to constantly trash on that place "I'll never play there", "It's too easy", "It's got a dumb population", etc.. but even THEY have given up and moved cuz they truly love the game but can't deal with this inexcusably slow release schedule.

The damage could have been mitigated by providing SOMETHING for us to do while we wait (the current event right now has such limited crafting anybody who ran it every day is already maxed). So now we have players bailing and investing weeks/months of their time into another server that's way ahead in content so do you think these players are ever coming back? Maybe a fraction of them I guess but the damage is done and only getting worse.

So I guess the ultimate question at this point is if Gameforge is sabotaging their own servers to drive off players and give an excuse to shut down? If this wasn't what they wanted you'd think they'd be doing SOMETHING to keep players interested. I just don't get it.

Dear players, just be patient and stop crying on the forum. I was also offended, but I found the strength not to curse the company. If you don’t have the patience, just leave the project.

No offense but you should be the one that shouldn't comment on these threads, as apparently you don't understand the gravity of the situation and why we are complaining here.

Sorry, but you are all taking it too close to your heart. How is the dead server doing ... something could not be heard. Maybe he really died ... then why it will not be closed. Everything is obvious and done for a reason. Simply put, there are reasons for delays in updates. But do not be discouraged, everything will be fine.

Neco stop posting. You clearly DO NOT know what you are talking about. Every time you post you are upsetting everybody. Just. Stop.

So a mod came and merged my post with someone else's 2 sentences, dropping what I wrote down so it's not as noticeable but then keeping my title for the thread? You trying to suppress valid questions and criticism or what?

How about instead of pulling this trickery you provide us some basic information on what is going on??? 3 whole months (the ENTIRE summer) without content. This is absurd. How hard would it have been to at least have given us some Corrupted Records content? Or even at the least some basic information on when to expect Chii and whatever comes next? The roadmap pretty much stopped at Chii, gave no solid dates (and even the loose estimated have all been broken so far), and there was no mention of Dipluce Horizon whatsoever. Do you even have an active team working on Soulworker right now or what?

Actions speak louder than words, and so far there has been nearly no action, and the actions we've seen weren't in line with your words. Akasha rework was late and didn't include the best new cards, the merge was also late and didn't include NA (one of the absolute worst actions you could take).

Are we even getting Chii this month?

And what happened to the Discord you guys said you'd be setting up? Afraid you might have to actually start interacting with an upset community?

If you guys handled this game properly, provided us with clear accurate information, and maintained a REASONABLE release schedule, most of us wouldn't even be on the forums begging for content and would instead be in game playing right now.

So as mentioned in the title it has been over 3 months since our last actual content update (SCP on May 16th). Yes we've had some small events and akashas got reworked but we don't even have the cards people wanted yet and that's just QoL anyway. Where is content???? Since the GFSW first launched I believe there hasn't been a time where we went over 7 weeks without content. It has now been 12.

JP put up a web page to tease Chii (scheduled for the 29th http://soulworker.gamecom.jp/event/13_update) and so did KR before her release. Most people are assuming we too will get Chii on the 29th but we don't even have a teaser tweet about her let alone a webpage (I guess that would be too high-effort for Gameforge??). We were told Chii would be mid to late August. Well we are past half-way through August and still no info. Is she going to get pushed back even further like all the other scheduled tasks on the road map? There really isn't an excuse for delays at this point. You've given us almost nothing for months now.

We also haven't heard a word about Dipluce Horizon which really should have released closer to mid-summer so we'd have a reason to play the game instead of just idling for login rewards. Has all the team's effort gone toward getting this new area ready for us soon? If not then what ARE you doing??

And what's going on with Corrupted Records? It was nice we got SCP and tags early, but Corrupted Records was supposed to be released before that. Of everything we don't have yet, Corrupted Record's absence is the most confusing. I figured this would have been released earlier in the summer to hold us over for Dipluce and Chii. It just seemed like... common sense. Guess not?

So what's going on?? Considering half the language support was recently dropped, "translating content" is becoming less and less of an excuse.

And I won't bring up NA being left out of the merger and currently dead as can be as it's not content related but just a reminder leaving it out of the merge killed it.

This has got to be a troll post. "One server per continent" is not an argument. You could have claimed "ping" but this has been debunked 100 times now. Try to keep up cuz you calling people idiots is probably the most ironic thing I've ever read on this forum.

Courage people of server NA, You need to wait for merge, or tickets transfer

Gameforge and lions game always take time, it's like that since the beta of the game

    So, wait <3

If we simply "waited" for the NPC loyalty system it would have never arrived.

We had to make as much noise as possible and show them the demand (for a feature that was supposed to be in the game in the first place).

So waiting is a bad idea.

That said my prediction is they will try to stretch this out til the release of Chii and Dipluce hoping somehow those patches will revive NA (pro tip: they won't and NA will be back to dead 2 weeks later). Only then, after the wave of return players leave again, will Gameforge actually do the right thing and merge NA. It's pretty damn inconsiderate being jerked around like this by a company that should have known how to handle this better. Recently it's made me regret investing so much in this game only to be treated this way in return.

Hello everyone, in case there is any new info to share about this topic in the future we will let you know.

We acknowledge your request for an NA merge, but for now there is nothing new to add to our previous statement.

I'm glad to hear you've at least acknowledged the request but I hope you understand the urgency of the issue. When you say "in case there is any info in the future" you make it sound like this could take months or longer for "more info" if even that.

This is not something that can wait. The NA server is so dead it's very hard to actually play the game there without coordinating a party on discord or elsewhere first; and even then it's getting difficult.

This should be a priority issue.

Neco's posts might as well be considered spam at this point.

This has nothing to do with the problems on NA. Stop derailing this thread with your confusing ramblings that EVERYONE is getting sick of reading. Your posts need to be treated as literal spam. I wish mods would step in, you've already been warned before.

I've leveled a character to 40 on Candus before and never once experienced lag issues. Would gladly transfer my NA account there so I can actually play with people again.

You don't have the slightest clue how markets work do you? You might be able to find ECs on both servers for around the same price but NA has ONLY 21 ECS ON THE ENTIRE MARKET RIGHT NOW while EU has 6 PAGES worth of them. If I wanted to fully reroll a single piece of gear for good rolls there is not enough ECs on the NA market to do so. That's seriously bad. There's also only 8 pages of brooches on NA but 94 pages on EU (yesterday it was 6 NA 116 EU). To say NA isn't dying is either you outright lying or you really don't know what you're talking about.

    Hello everyone,

the physical location of the servers (EU-NA) is not the same: the EU server is located in Central Europe and there is a dedicated server for NA, which is East coast located. If it moved, this would mean that there will be an immediate consequence - much worse ping which would affect most of the NA users.

We are evaluating the situation in general, but we cannot tell or promise you that a merge for NA or the possibility of a character transfer item will ever be available in our version.

I appreciate the response but it's extremely worrying that no action may be taken and NA players are being completely cast aside and ignored.

So the people with thousands of hours and possibly even thousands of dollars invested in their NA accounts can't be given the customer satisfaction of at least a server transfer? Is this really the right way to treat dedicated players/customers? You're basically saying our only option is to start an EU character (or go to that other server) if we wish to actually play on a populated server? With the kind of investment many of us have put into our NA accounts that is not a reasonable option. As someone so heavily invested in this game I would expect better treatment than this :(

Also as many of us have already stated, while in theory ping could be an issue, in practice it is not. I say this from personal experience of playing around on EU servers. And really ping is a poor excuse to leave us hanging like this stuck on a dead server with no hope to escape.

Gentlemen, you are all mistaken. Initially, the merger of the servers was supposed to solve the problem of finding a group in different raids, but also reduce the cost of the company to support all languages and different servers. But the problem in finding a group was not that there were few people, but in relation to other players. Let’s take the “AoV” dungeon as an example, but now it’s hard to find a group as before ... (not always of course, but the problem remains), since dressed players can safely drive a player or even two dressed in simple equipment of level 60 (not even Outfit of the golden citadel). But this is rarely done. Now it’s the same ... and here is an example with me ... threw a request to the group on 'AoV' where it was not required to open a profile or special equipment. They accepted me, after the leader asked me to show weapons ... I answered no, and I was simply expelled from the group. I think everyone now realized that merging does not solve the main problem, but only a lot of new problems have been added.

No, and next time you want to join a party meet their requirements instead of trying to sneak in (that's bad etiquette). You also obviously do not know how dead NA is and I suggest you refrain from posting again as you're clearly unaware of the situation.

I guess I'll add you to the blacklist. Do not get it wrong I would not want to insult you, or try to prove to you that you are a stupid person. But I want to say right away that I didn’t write anything about your NA server, because I don’t play on it. In general, I pointed out the lack of server merging on the issue of group search. And as for etiquette, you probably don’t know that, before hiring, you negotiate all points with the employer. Simply put, before signing the contract, you stipulate all the conditions. In your opinion, after I get a job, the employer has the right to add new items or requirements to me after signing the contract where everything was agreed. Simply put, I pointed to your logic, thereby confirming that you are just an idiot or a stupid person. According to your logic again, if I apply for a group search as a leader, I can set requirements for those whom I have already accepted. I’ll clarify neither what I wrote in the search for either the equipment requirements or the level of equipment sharpening. And then he accepted and I say the leader, give me 1 million each. You yourself understand that, write about some requirements or etiquette. If I need to find players with certain parameters, I indicate this in the group search. I hope the players who read my comment will understand. I hope that everything will be fine with your NA server, but a convincing request if you do not understand the logic or the essence of the comment itself does not need to be nonsense.

Your logic is that with more people to play with it's harder to find a party? That's one of the most ridiculous things you could possibly say. Then you call me stupid? Go away man. There's a reason in your 43 posts so far you've only ever received 2 likes: nobody agrees with anything you post.

As I already said, you have NO IDEA how dead the NA server is right now. To come in here arguing against a merge because you got rejected from a party on a 20x more populated server is insane. AT LEAST YOU COULD FIND A PARTY TO GET REJECTED FROM!!! Just stop. It's not helpful and you're just insulting the handful of players who got left behind in a dead server wishing they could play with the rest of the population.
