Where did it EVER state it was 90% wipe? So confused.
Plus it was announced from the get go that it would be an open beta
If you have experience with beta's it means once it is open they will not wipe unless something is breaking the game.
Deciding not to level because of the wipe news was a personal choice people made but it is not a valid reason
to ask for a wipe now just because their decision was the wrong one. It sucks, just go level and catch up.

You don't need district 6 for anything as you can just take the helicopter to other cities
This way you don't need to be scared of the possible PvP.
Omg there's a helicopter?! I've been going back and forth and wasting time for nothing?!?!
Yes when you enter district 6 you are still in a safe-zone.
Around there is a NPC (located by a helicopter icon on the minimap) who will transfer you to your desired destination ^ ^

The mat owner does not count towards the 4 player limit, if that's what you are referring to. So it's basically for 5 players in total.
This. It's not a bug, it's how the mat system works.
