Any attack buff you can receive (except few specific ones which proc on overall DPS, such as the Desire Nova attack buff or Haru's Arena skill self-buff; those don't modify your attack stat line in your profile when applied so they shouldn't be too hard to notice) also adds a crit damage buff; it works for %atk buffs as well.
For the example of the Hellcat you mentioned here, it gives +1080 attack when it procs, but adding attack also adds crit damage as I said: exactly 80% of the value of added attack. So here it is 1080*0.8, which then correspond to 864 extra crit damage. But both are added on your stats, so you get both 1080 attack and 864 crit damage when it procs.
According to the damage calculation, attack and crit damage are added when you land a crit hit, so it ends up with 1944 damage in total. To compare, the tera Bluff brooch gives +1500 crit damage but it gives crit damage only, so it corresponds to 1500 damage in total. 1944 vs 1500, I guess you got what is better. (and yet even admitting you get the worst damage output attack, which is 80% of your total damage, you get then 1728 damage in total which is still greater than 1500!)
+ keep in mind crit damage will apply only if you land crit hits. If you don't have the crit cap (80% crit rate when having the accuracy requirement for the concerned district/raid), you sometimes inflict normal hits, where Hellcat brooch (or any simple attack buff) still applies extra damage where Bluff (or any simple crit damage buff) becomes less efficient. And at the current endgame state, it is a bit hard to reach the exact crit rate cap for other characters than Lilly mainly (since she gets +5% from her SF bar and 15% from her passive skill buff), so you will land a bit more normal attacks, and then hits where simple crit damage buffs won't do anything more than decorate your buffs bar.
But now you have to check out which buff is better between atk and cdmg. Of course, if you have the choice between 500 cdmg and 200 atk, cdmg will remain better. x)
EDIT: moreover, beware of potential old guides you can find on the forum, reddit or whatever. Metas have changed between their release date and now, and some info you might find in them have then greater chance to be deprecated today.
TL;DR Attack Damage is better than Crit Damage unless the crit damage offered is 1.8x as big.

Sorry but free ec everyday arent useless. They simply limit it so you wont farm ec every day on every character. This isnt too broken on jp where they lack bankshare.

PRIMAL HERO is still an event thing on KR, but i think LF Hero is replacing it.

gameforge's update schedule is more out of whack than anything, up next: more fashion, then after that? another akasha of bundle! then..... content maybe and more bugs.... let's count the bugs in the next content update
Well, i hate gameforge, i hate this company so much and i will not play their games anymore but there is bugs in every patch even in other games. But there is a difference with good publisher: Gameforge don't fix stella's soulcry (one of the most popular character and her strongest skill)for more than six months, other publisher fix bugs that badly affect the gameplay 2 hours after.
Primal Hero is an event raid in KR (Internally THEPRIMAL_EV), but in JP it's always there.
We're most likely never getting it.
By the way, i also found an image implying that "Currupted Records" (sic) would have a ranked feature.
The one time that GF actually fixed a bug that badly effected gameplay quickly was last year when they somehow made 20% of all dungeons uncompletable.

Gameforge don't release 1 content every month so just stop to dream, they did it for 3 months and stop, the last update was 1 month and half after the previous update and like i said in another thread if you release an update, for example, on the first of august and the other on the last of september, it's not 1 month, it's still 2 months!!
I think it's useless to be here to discuss about how much gameforge it's good or bad so i want to make this a little interesting.
If they release an update this month i will delete my in game account and forum account.
If gameforge don't release an update this month you will delete your account in game and forum.

The current event gives you Red transmitter but they changed the Rates on GF so you get only 3 star cards and sometimes like 1 out of 100 a useless GC mob card
And how come you know that ? GF never made the rates public. You can only check jp/kr rates on wiki. Are you comparing your luck betweeen every version you played? I could do the same and blame jp for having barely two usefull 5* passives. But complaining about rng is kinda dumb.
Imo nothing wrong with the rates, I finally got every akasha I needed on gf, the last remaining one from this event. You are just unlucky ;/
I just got myself a 5* Arua. Waiting on Tenebris and making them all hidden now, and a second Lucy wouldn't be bad.
Stack em up and wait for the souljunk queen before attempting to make them hidden and opening everything now. Thats barely 2-3% increase from non holo card but you can save some effort this way.
Tbh i think i will wait till Luna Nox to open the rest after i get Tenebris.

They haven't changed the rates.
The rates are 89% 3*, 8% 4* and 3% 5*.
And cards have a 20% chance of being hidden unless it's a Hidden transmitter.
