Attack speed and Movement speed are true values.

I'm actually very depressed about the debut of the cash shop. First and foremost, I can understand the differences in the countries and how their tax, currencies, as well as wages are. However, with this debut of the cash shop, to have basically every single country receive different amounts of SoulCash for 1 price tag is stupid. It's by no means a deal. This is just about as bad as trying to throttle internet speeds here in NA.

I actually liked SoulWorker. It's a good game and it still has a great future in store for it, but I'm actually ending the game here. I refuse to stare at this mockery called a cash shop. Massive slap in the face for those that sat patiently waiting for the games release. The absolute joke of a reply from the Community manager is throwing me way over the edge. This idiotic scam is intentional? What the hell?

You could have done so many different things instead of this garbage of a release. I fear that this game, once having 7 thousand players daily when the servers were working, and when they went down-people anxiously waiting for its return-having a massive drop in numbers. I, For one, and contributing to the loss of playerbase. This is absurd. I could play the game without having to spend a dime, but whats the point if you like the game so much and you want to benefit the growth of the game by donating a few dollars here and there to show your gratitude towards a well done video game? I can't believe that the discrepancy between the SoulCash acquired between countries is ridiculously out of wack.

I enjoyed the game while it lasted, and I'm certainly not the only one that is quitting this early. I'll be checking every now and then to see what's up with the current updates or if anything at all changed from the amount of SoulCash you can acquire for your country. I mean hell at this point it feels like I need to figure out a way to transfer my hard earned cash into a different currency from a country that gives you the biggest bang for your buck in order to purchase anything from this blasted cash shop. I'd rather not do that because there are fees for that kind of stuff.

Please Gameforge, you gotta do something about this. This is absurd and quite frankly you've already scared off plenty with this debut of a scam.

With that, I'm no longer a player of SoulWorker. I don't think you'll find me back on the forums for quite some time. I'll be checking news and updates every now and then to see if anything was changed to benefit the consumer. You guys at Gameforge are a service, and while you guys can cut off that service at any time, consumers shouldn't feel like it's necessity to spend double that of others just to get the same amount.

If they did any research whatsoever, then they could have given everybody the same amount of Soulcash for the price varying depending on country. Not Hey you live in NA? You only get half of what everyone else gets for the same price! \o/

lmao those inconsistencies. What the hell is this?

So you decide to insult me without knowing me. Why don't you link the "guide" you speak of? Or is that too hard for you?

The story is about as well done as SAO. fire_1f525.png

Nothing is consistent. It has its moments but it's not the greatest thing I've ever read. I'm sorta starting to understand Lily though. At least in this case I'll know what I am expecting out of her.

These values are based on your base values. So anything that gives you percent max hp gives you extra hp equal to the percent of your hp when you have no items equipped. Same for defense and other such values.

For example, say you have 8k base hp, an armor that gives you 4k and another piece that gives you +25%. You're getting 2k from that +25% either way, whether or not the 4k is equipped.

That would be the case if you could see any marginal gain from it.

    With Flat Values. f74a3841e05f0b1c887fbd6fc9ef694d.png

    ???

Also still doesn't explain the defense stuff.

I found this piece of armor that gives +25% Max HP, but was still less gain than flat values.

Also anybody want to help me try to figure out why 3% defense is 2 defense? when your overall defense value is like 2800?

    The Joke

    Your head.

You do not need Stella if you don't get hit.

the-sound-of-git-gud-shh-do-you-hear-it-19222041.pngMemes aside, It's useful in solo runs. Very useful. After you get another point into Absorb, you get 45% heal from the damage. That's a decent chunk.

I say Nexon because at that very time of when Nexon was the publisher, the class balance was out of wack. I too played DN since release, took a bit of a break when 60 cap was around, then came back for 70 cap. I used to play Blade Dancer, Ice witch and Physician exclusively in that order. When Nexon was discontinuing their service for Dragon Nest, a lot of the class issues became clear cut and a large portion of them got nerfed to the ground from their original playstyle. Everybody now just deals damage. Support classes like Ice Witch, Dancer, and Inquisitor all received a massive nerf. Granted I haven't really played in a while due to me quitting the game some time ago, but I played when Silver Hunter came out. That was shortly after Nexon discontinued their service for the game.

Ever since DN left Nexon, the classes have become more free to party with. All of them do decent amount of damage now. When it was with Nexon, the class discrimination was horrible.
